His name is Kim Tae Woo. He was the lead vocal in the band called G.O.D. back in the day. That band was pretty much legendary. Everyone in Korea knows of them unless you've lived in the caves or something lol. And he went solo after few years, and still going strong, hitting #1 on music charts for his song "Sarangbi".
