hmm.. usually if you were flying to HKG, the chinese characters should have Traditional Chinese Characters, not Simplified.

Don't think they were flying anywhere. Look at the reflection at 00:32 The person was standing up in an empty cabin with a yellow vest on, like what a flight engineer would wear.
