@jewishwarrior666 Many states are able to provide toilets for population but will never be considered for superpower status. As someone who lives in europe i could criticise the USA for being unable to provide basic healthcare to its people. China and the USA have alot in common despite their differing political systems. Does it matter who is number 1 or 2, the respective citizens at the bottom of the pile probably feel no real difference.
