  • does this thing also compete with the mitsubishi eclipse?

  • @bishikid It's in the same class, but easily surpasses the Eclipse. The Eclipse hasn't been changed since 2005, and has fallen behind the time. Plus, the altima is more reliable, quicker, lighter, and built with higher quality materials.

  • This or the genesis

  • I test drove this car once, and I loved it. It's so comfy and stylish. I'm okay with whatever acceleration it has. I drive an '02 Civic Coupe and I'm looking at this one as my next car.

  • I dont know which one to get!?!/ Honda Accord Coupe or Nissan Altima Coupe. The Honda is cheaper though.

  • The only reason why i hate the japs is due to them ripping you off with cars like these which are infinity g-35s but have econo-box driveline, unlike its rwd brother which costs 20grand more!!!!

  • man the reasons not to get this are pretty thin

  • @wretchedDrake Shut Your Whore MOUTH!!!!

  • I'm hoping to get this as a first car.

  • @Ben4201163 Me too. I drove my dad's co workers white 4 door at a high school parking lot on the weekend. really fun. easy to see out of and park.

  • This car is tight, but I'd rather a G35

  • I got a chance to drive a 3.5 SE V6 2008 model. The car itself was in near-new condition. The acceleration was very strong and I could easily adjust the driver's seat to fit my needs. One thing I really liked was the swift turning. If I was actually on the road, I could've used the V6 better on the road rather than in the dealer lot. The model I drove had many extra features which I greatly admired.

  • If you get stuck with a lemon Nissan like I did, just be warned that Nissan will refuse to reimburse for anything (rental car expenses, lost wages, etc.) and will take their time to buy back the lemon (1.5 years).

Get a Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus = better customer service and no hassle.

  • Altima Coupe is a total chick car

  • Comment removed

  • Lmao my grandma has this car hehehehe

  • @900bigd what are you trying to say ? my grandma has a 370z I dont think it makes that car a chick car lol

  • V6 is the only way to go on this car

  • @Mr99Burns yes but it ends up costing 5000 more

  • @ThemKneeGrows V6 engine is by far the best part of this car, it completes the look

  • Comment removed

  • beautiful car but i need to ask some questions,.,.

1)is there no gear shift behind the steering?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2)is there no sensors on the body?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3)is the 3.5 v6 engine ,front wheel drive or rear wheel drive?

    thank u a lot

    beautiful video

    regards

  • @yazan28193

    To answer your questions:

    1) The gearshift is located between the driver's and front passenger's seats.

    2) There are not sensors standard or as a factory-installed option.

    3) The 3.5L V6 is FWD.

  • @kbb thanks a lot

kbb is too much helpful and it is the best

    thanks

  • @yazan28193 its front wheell

  • i hope God saves one of these for me when i finish college

  • it's nice but i think i cannot find it here in europe

  • this car looks bland. on the road, the look of this car just blends in with the rest. i'm a die-hard toyota fan and would rather buy a used 2003 lexus gs300 than a 2010 altima coupe.

  • @azianprime02 what? those are 2 different cars in 2 different markets...

i think it looks like the g35 coupe. cept a lot cheaper. works for young people who dont have enough money for the g.

  • Comment removed

  • Toyota? isn the one with the gas pedal problem???

  • @azianprime02 i hate toyota.. my stupid parents own 2 of them

  • So I want a fun sporty nice sounding car. Nissan altima coupe? maxima? or 370z?

  • I would get a 370z

  • anyways i bought a 2006 tsx with the tech and aspec package.

    205 hp = tsx

    altima coupe = 175 hp

  • well the tsx is 10g more for wat 30hp? when u can spend like $500 on the altima to make it more than 205hp...

  • HP isnt always everything when u go to overall.

TQ Altima win, Weight TSX win for heavy, etc, 0 to 60 Altima win. In the end no point on downsizing info with out other need. Tho I wish they bring back tha RSX. If they did i woulda gone with that =)z.

  • I have one just like that one v6 3.5 ,that's the best car that I ever had .

  • Honda Accord Coupe is a better car than the altima.. n more reliable n more confortable, and bigger

  • Depends on which model you are talking about. The newer models, 2009 and 2010, the Accord Coupe's don't really look like actual sports cars. It has a "bulky" image and this is where Nissan has changed it's design for the sportier Altima. In terms of reliability and safety, the Nissan Altima is right up there. I think the Altima Coupe is a better looking and performing car as compared to the Honda Accord Coupe.

  • If any passanger dont like coupe then get tha hell out of tha car. be happy they getting a ride. =)z. The only downside about 2.5s is no traction control. I just think it realy needs it for most hill road area an snow/Rain condation. I Like in a place where snow can be a bitch, thus why ima get impreza soon.... =)z AWD baby.

  • Both the Accord Coupe and Nissan Altima are practically the same in performance. The Accord Coupe is just slightly faster in the 0-60 mph run.

  • oh really ? well i have a 3.5 altima and i think its very fast and good looking

  • Accord is a granny car...most reliable of all time to keep my grandma safe and secure.

  • Dont bring KOREA here please

Hyundai motors is 3rd largest auto makers in the world

    also Samsung, LG, And Kia

    TOP 15 most income country.

I m half Japanese and Half Korean

And i know what i am talking about.

  • just because you're half of two races doesn't mean anything.

  • oh please

  • You may not like the Altima Coupe if you are not a completely sheep hipster pansy boy or girl.

  • the accord is built much more better to a higher standard

  • that must be why it hasn't won Japanese Car of the Year at all and the Galant has won it about 6 times.

    oops.

  • omg I see these things EVERYWHERE its the new Honda Civic I swear, people buy these pieces of crap like they are going out of style

  • dude, just go eat your shitty waffles.

  • why do people keep saying that....

  • acura makes better wood trim

  • That's a poor argument because Mitsubishi doesn't make wood trim, they make polymer imitation wood trim. And I love it.

  • Damn, I thought I was the first to say that.

Probably because no one cares about the shitty comments you make.

The Altima Coupe is a sexy looking coupe, with a good suspension, a strong V6, and a classy interior. How can you call a new $30,000 car a piece of crap when you can't even afford it?

  • and how do you know that I can't afford it?

  • Maybe you can afford it with your daddy's money. Because at your immaturity level, I would be surprised if you could yourself. Just looking at your wall on your youtube page, it seems like you talk shit on a lot of stuff on this website. Otherwise you wouldn't have so many users leaving negative comments on your channel.

No one that makes good enough money to afford a car of that price sits around on youtube all day and talks shit.

  • its funny you mention the price, its actually just the poor man's G35. But hey, you can probably get some gay JDM Skyline badges for it and pick up easy sluts at a bar in Scottsdale.

  • "Just the poor man's G35"

It's nice to see that you can read a car review. Because I saw that review naming it the "poor man's G35" like 2 years ago. I would hardly call it that.

Some people don't like RWD, some people just don't want to spend that much money on practically the same car regardless of the drivetrain. Not everyone is out to buy the best, most expensive vehicle made. However many people are out to buy a well-made, great-looking, fun to drive car.

  • and what do you drive that makes you so superior to an Altima Coupe driver?

Please tell me something realistic, anyone can claim they own something while hiding behind a keyboard..

  • The car I'm stuck driving was manufactured in 1996, has lots of dents, the front bumper grilles are missing, it has pushbutton overdrive, no abs, no tcs, 32mpg highway, and I pass brand new nissans on freeway bends like they are standing still. Keep in mind, I don't have abs, I don't have tcs, if I leave the overdrive on under 50 i will damage the transmission. You think you could drive my car? You couldn't. You'd freak out. Oh, btw the AC doesn't work and I live in Arizona.

  • Wow you people are deprived of luxury cars. This car for one is not $30,000 its $21,000 and fully equipped reaches about $26,000. I don't dislike the car and i know not everyone can afford a BMW or Infiniti but save the arguments when comparing these car to BMW or Mercedes. The Altima coupe is a descent plastic and metal machine. Its a good car for a hard working teenager i guess.

  • You don't have the knowledge to say that I'm deprived of luxury cars.

And a fully-equipped Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5 SE with the CVT transmission will cost nearly $34,000. The BASE 3.5 SE starts at $26,300 without leather, navigation, heated seats, etc.

and the last I checked, not all cars from BMW, Infiniti, or Mercedes had their dashes and everything wrapped in leather either. Dude, seriously, you're going to find plastic in pretty much every car.. it's lightweight and provides structure.

  • I might not have the knowledge to say you have or dont have a nice car and truly i don't care, (in a non offensive way). For one my "plastic" quote was a saying, and it reflects my opinion on this car. I ment it doesn't come to par with any luxury car and it shouldn't because Nissan isn't aiming for that. The car is ok but why spend 31K on a fully loaded Nissan when your just 5k away from a BMW, Benz. or Infiniti? And Infiniti and BMW do have leather wrap arounds, its called soft touch dashes.

  • Because once you start adding options on luxury brands, you are spending ALOT. Even leather isn't standard on some lower-end model BMWs, they use leatherette.

Obviously Nissan isn't aimed at luxury buyers, they created the Infiniti division for most of those sales. Even though the 2009 Nissan Maxima's interior is at the quality level of Infiniti.

  • and the soft-touch wrap arounds aren't real leather. Most cars under 100k use synthetic material that is shagreened to look like leather.

  • so your point is cars around 100K are cheap looking compared to a Nissan?? and just because Nissan uses leather wrap arounds which Ive never heard of i might add, that means it out beats a Mercedes Infiniti or BMW?? I'm trying to understand your point but i cant.... but any way you can stick to your Nissan, you sound very proud of it , i don't want to rain on your parade.

  • Dude what are you even talking about? Reread my comments.

I'm saying a fully loaded Nissan Altima Coupe, plastic materials and all, will have leather seating, navigation, a bose stereo system, heated seats, etc all for $34k. I not once stated that Nissan used leather wrap-arounds for their dashes. In fact, I stated that nearly ALL cars that cost a downwards price of 100k use synthetic leather dashes. Nissan's do have more unrefined interiors than that of BMW, Infiniti minus the Maxima, etc

  • in which lead to my next point: Nissan created Infiniti for buyers in the luxury market. The nicest Nissan interiors available are in heavily-optioned Maxima's, 370Z's, and the GT-R's. Infiniti overall uses higher quality materials. In which also sets a higher price. And in case you didn't know this, INFINITI IS NISSAN.

  • where did that come from?? Yes i did Know Infiniti is Nissan and Toyota is Lexus, so where does your statement even go from there? How does this support anything? WtV i got my point across which was if any one buys a fully loaded Nissan Coupe theyre just aspiring to have a car like a BMW Benz or an Infiniti.

  • Do I need to spell it out for you? Jesus dude. Learn how to read.

The point i'm trying to get across to you is that you get a lot of features and luxury touches for the money in a Nissan. I NEVER said materials in a Nissan were superior to any luxury brand. That's why I keep reinforcing the point that Nissan created Infiniti as a luxury brand alternative to BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, etc. For crafting a car built to a higher standard with higher quality materials.

  • Lexus doesnt count as a luxury brand because it FUCKIN SUCKS AND LOOKS LIKE SHIT

  • haha Leeeexxxuusss.... I can't say it without yawning..

  • I'm going to disagree with you there.

I've been looking for a new car, and was originally looking at the Infiniti, and BMW, but then I took the Altima coupe out. Sure, it's not in the same league, but you know what, I don't care about status, and bmw's, benz, audi, lexus, etc, it's all about status (look what I'm driving!). But if I can get a car I like, that's fun to drive, and pay 200 less a month, well, yeah. That's why its this or the accord coupe.

I don't need a car to get laid.

  • I know "I don't need a car to get laid" is a form of expression but this does not constitute your point at all. I realize you might want to economize due to the rescission possibly?? and for one I'm not saying you cant afford a luxury sports car but if you where truly looking at a sports car around or even remotely close to 35K why didn't you buy a Nissan 370z,that's the closest you'll come to a nice sports car. I find hard to think you down graded from wanting a BMW-Infiniti to an Altima coupe.

  • "the closest you'll come to a nice sports car"

dude, a lot of people looking for a luxurious sports car would take a Touring 370Z over luxury car manufacturers. You make it seem like the Z is "just the best Nissan could do," whereas this car is a lot nicer than you credit it for. Neither the interior or exterior look cheap and Nissan stepped up the game on the interior. Overall it's plush like any Infiniti. And the mechanical bits of the Z deliver TRUE sports car performance.

  • And comparing the Altima Coupe to a true sports car is absurd. It's a tuned FWD for "sports-car like" performance. This car was made for a completely different consumer market: For those looking for a nice sporty coupe with excellent looks, a nice suspension and drivetrain, and several options and features. As I've stated, you can get high quality leather, navigation, a kick ass Bose stereo system, heated seats, push button entry/ignition, Bluetooth wireless, XM Radio, the features go on.

  • but your point is somewhat valid: Having a luxurious sporty car is sort of aspiring to have an actual higher end, expensive luxury car. But the Altima Coupe is an excellent choice for quality, performance, and features. And some people may choose this over a luxury car because it's FWD. You have no idea how many people think that ALL RWDs won't get around in snow.

  • Sorry i don't remember this arguement but i guess to come to peace i agree with your latest statement even though i don't believe I've commented back on anything lately, I probably just forgot.

  • Comment removed

  • @tommy605 Only reason i get one of those cars is for the tuned verisons of them.

    Bmw's Motorsport devision,Audi's Quattro,Mercedes's AMG devision.

Other than that,no point unless your a businessmen

  • You win though buddy even though i don't understand your arguement about the materials found in a Nissan to those in other luxury cars which i never once asked mentioned or argued about in my first comment.

  • Teenager? Maybe the Sentra's, Civic's, Chevy Cobalt's. The Altima has too much class for any teenager.

  • While making an uneducated statement like that shows your ignorance and bias by classifying all teenagers the same. You are proclaiming your stupidity.

  • All I'm saying is that any teenager would be very fortunate to drive a car like the new Altima '10. It's not your typical "starter car" for majority of young teenagers.

  • Oh I see, I am 19 years old turning 20 and this is my starter vehicle with the 2.5 S package, i've yet to reciev any speeding tickets and am a very cautious driver. But I do see your point.

  • Sweet, you're lucky. I've been driving a 4-door '97 Honda Civic sedan for the past 12 years or so. I've been itching to get myself a new car with a little speed like the Altima. It seems affordable with a high resale value like the Honda's. What color is your ride? Are you gonna customize it any?

  • Crimson Black with the charcoal interior, feels great to me, I was actually going to buy a Civic EX-L then moved on to the Accord EX-L, but found that the Altima Coupe had a lot more base features for less money. I have the 2.5 S package (no nav or backup monitor) but have the leather package, i love the vehicle!

  • are u fucking retarded the accord is cheaper then the altima. and a far more superrior car. the altima resell is horrible, i have 30 grand cash in my hands, i can buy two coupes 2008 right now. where as i can only buy one 2008 accord coupe.

    check autotrader . com

  • First off, my family has one of each vehicle, both 2009, the resale value is less in the US, as is the Accord. The Accord does not take a big a hit in debpreciation thouhg, you are right, but if you think I am stupid enough to believe that you may buy two low mileage Altima Coupes for $30,000, you are sadly mistaken. Try and pull that shit with someone as uneducated as yourself.

  • @Blackhuak stfu no one cares

  • bought the 2009. love it. only complaint is the small backseat, but I'm 6'4 so the even in a sedan the person behind me is in for a tight ride.

  • I have this car in azure blue its awesome! the breaks are sensitive and the steering is direct i have the base model and the features are very accomadating, dont get this car if you carry alot of people though very uncomfortable and no leg room at all for them, good on gas and people think its luxory car

  • i fuckin love this car.

  • they cut the back too much. if you got height on the front, take it to the back same aerodynamics, it just hinders.

  • the rims needs to be bigger

  • i think the best color combinations for the altima coupe would be black on black, white on black, or dark slate metallic on black

  • yo, does anyone, who owns a altima coupe or has been in one note a difference in terms of leather or cloth seating. does it feel different or basically the same. i mean would it be worth it to upgrade to leather or would cloth seats do enough

  • This car looks freakin sweet in the pearl white or whatever it's called and the spoiler you can get on it. I think it looks better than the Accord coupe, for one I like the back of the Altima better.

  • You don't think this car is "more plain" than the Accord coupe?

  • Comment removed

  • What you think this or the Accord coupe? I like the looks of both but which do you think overall taking into account everything like price and how they drive?

  • I'm getting this car, but I'd sooner get a Toyota than a Honda. Toyota's sell well for a reason. Fuel efficient and long lasting. Problem with Hondas is that they're highly modifiable...which is good...until u realize this means its easy to steal their parts. Buy a Honda, and your chances for getting your doors and parts ROBBED is increased.

  • such a stereo type

  • lol not anymore...they added a new electronic parts which makes the parts uneasy to steal...even if you did steal it . it will not work on other hondas

  • i know right i hate the back of it

  • getting mine next month

  • wut idiot needs a backup camera on a small coupe?

  • nissan coupe

  • Toyota's Camry Solara coupe or con. or Honda's Accord coupe or Nissan's Altima coupe... What do you guys prefer to ?!

  • honda is always better...

  • hondas are pieces of crap

  • your fucken right

  • the solara is gay the accord looks wierd, the back at least and the altima looks nice from the back ..the front looks ok

    and its fast

  • all toyotas r crap. But toyota's brand make them wanan buy it.Toyota cant make great cars. They cant even make sedan seats ! JUST GO hONDA N nISSAN ( THEY CARE Bout da customers )

  • the only car ive liked frolm the toyota was the supra....why they stop making it?

  • coz toyota's stoopid !

  • i know huh ........ dodge fucked up with coming up with the caliber its ugly

  • actually, i liked my dads 1998 Toyota Landcrusier V8 is great, but too big for me.

  • OMG! i cant believe that i just read a comment that totally agree with me, dude! everyone say get Toyota, toyota is the best, toyota make beautiful cars. BEAUTIFUL CARS MY ASS! either go for Nissan or Honda, otherwise dont waste your money on stupid fucked up Toyota

  • or mazda(:

  • yep

  • Toyota stopped making the Solara and Honda Accord is just a Honda Accord. Its cheap and boring. The Altima coupe (or and Infiniti coupe) would be the way to go.

  • Accord

  • nice car.

  • this is so much better then the accord coupe... the but make sure u get manual... the accord is ugly because its too long and has no shape to it it looks like a watered down eclipse

but this car is so much nicer and safer...

    im buying it this month...

  • The accords back looks like an ugly fish.

  • 2:44.. you have got to be kidding me, that's a lot of rear legroom for a coupe.

  • haha yea this guy is an idiot she had enough space to mover her legs in a fucking circle i cant do that in my parents sentra

  • wtf is he talking about at 0:51. it a coupe who puts 7 people in a coupe!!

  • I'd say the competitor are more the new redesigned Honda accord coupe and facelifted Mitsubishi eclipse.

forget the Toyota solara and old gen accord coupe.

  • Seriously. Don't even bother reviewing cars if you don't know anything about them.

  • another trendy douchebag that thinks that's funny!!!!!!!
