I use grapeseed oil Miss Chriss when blowdrying or flat ironing my hair but I limit heat to once a month for my tresses..lol...grapeseed oil can hold up to 425 degrees of heat so its a fantastic natural heat protectant...you should try it out:)!

I use to wear my hair like this when I was relaxed. Instead of using heat tools I would roll my hair on really large sponge rollers. The curls would be loose and bouncy.
