I love Hatcher and I'm a lifelong Stars fan, but there's no denying this is a dirty hit. Stevens hit Lindros with his shoulder; Hatcher leads with his elbow, similar to what he did to JR.

Not at all. Stevens hits look NOTHING like this aside from the location on the ice surface. Go watch the Stevens top ten hits and then watch this hit. Two BIG differences: Stevens does not leave his feet like Hatcher did and Stevens does not lead with the elbow, which if you pause you can see Hatcher clearly does. The hits to Lindros and Kariya were both on his feet and clearly with the shoulder. This hit is a cheap shot and Hatcher is a scumbag wannabe who sucks in his own end anyway.
