In a situation like this crash, what he should have done is not sit there and let it dance around further breaking it. He should have lowered the throttle trim to shut off the engine or if his TX had a kill switch he should of pushed it. But hey sometime the shock of your precious heli crashing just strikes fear and sadness so ppl dont really know what to do lol.

sometimes when u hit the ground like tht it breaks the throttle servo off the carb and its left wide open sometimes..... so u have to wait until its done.....if u bring a sheet and toss it on it, it will wrap itself up and smother the engine and kill it....really funny but it works, it gives the heli minimal damage as compared to just rippin itself up for a few min. and chicken dances can only happen with engine helis not electric...

unlucky man. that is a nice heli... i see you did some nice tricks before you crashed it tho. i crashed mine a long time ago and never went back to r/c heli, but mine was only an electric one... so it werent as bad, but still a fair bit of money. now i dont have enough time and money for the higher end helis, i've opted for piccoz :P they're much cheaper and dont have to wait for a good day to fly. i now fly indoors :D

the only way to turn a nitro engine off is th pinch the fuel tube of stall the engine by really low revs.... so he was stuffed basiclly, and by the sounds of things(seeing as my german is bad) it doesnt even belong to him!!!
