Actually this is an old chinese technique, I don't know how it's called exactly. The basic idea lies in drawing a convex picture on a concaved surface. I tried and drew a cube in the upper corner of my room, when I look at it and move it moves with me just like in the video, really cool.

its the same thing people do in movies.

they use a green or blue screen of some sort and just add the effects in.
