  • Apt comment! The lyrical alliteration helps (gasping at glimpses etc) plus the excellent harmonies. I'm not sure what this song is about but it doesn't much matter. Is it about two people too shy to fall in love?

  • what an incredible song, guitar and voice...what words...what memories...what soul...mmmm..mmmm..mmmmm!!!! :)

  • My best memory of this song was quite bizarre. I just had an emergency apendectomy and was lying in bed the next day and was tripping morphine and this song was on PBS for some reason and I don't think I ever was more comfortably numb in my life. It was very spiritually religious, rivalled any Dead Show.

  • Grande Steve Stills!

  • I remember telling my parents I would like to have hair like Graham Nash. They were appalled. I feel sorry for them now, I'm sure the changes going on were bewildering to them. I was really at an impressionable age when it was all happening. It's taken me many years to figure out the total impact it all had on me. Some good, some not. Thanks again for posting what beautiful music, bottom line.

  • So funny. My brother was born in '52. His freshman year of college (I was 12) he brought home a Rolling Stone, Europe '72, and The Allmans at Fillmore East. I was never the same after that :):):) This (CSN) was the 3rd album I ever bought, behind After the Goldrush and 4-way street. LOL Nice memories. Thanks for posting.

  • EXCELLENT. THANK YOU
