really nice vid, but i am still wondering.. HOW many of the people you see in the vid there.. still *are able* to train parkour/free running or tricking!
some bad landings .. during flips.. and backflips.. poor knees..
lol... i know that.. but with parkour.. u start low.. and practice more in te version of CONTROL.. for 8/10 landngs you see.. CONTROL in the landing is FAR to find... :S so not judging.. just telling you the facts.. Ur right.. both are a harzard to the human body since rocks/concrete wer invented.. but still flips are MORE dangerous then simple cat leaps or monkey vaults.. *i've never seen anybody land in his/her net during a catleap or monkey vault..*

Well almost everyone is still able to walk.
I think you watch it with ur eyes closed. Flips are not instantly bad for u.
Parkour is just as bad as flips when u practice it the wrong way. So dont be a wise ass, and judge people.
