I don't care for this song, but some of you are being really shallow. People should be able to be themselves and do their own thing. Almost everyone is beautiful (exceptions are along the lines of murderers and rapists) including Fabiola Gatti (even if I don't care for her music) and Andrew VanWyngarden. Besides, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" so everyone is attracted to different things. The music of The Fabs and MGMT is extremely different. Listen to what you like...

She and Andrew aren't dating. They probably never did. He's had a girlfriend that's not her for nearly two years now and before that he had another girlfriend that's not her. If they did ever date, it had to have been very, very brief, but I don't think they ever did. Andrew's rep officially denied it in some music mag back in '08, I believe.
Therefore, you can say that this song totally freaking sucks without being a jealous Andrew fangirl. It DOES totally suck. Dream Tribes = Better.

She said she didn't like singing classical music 'cos it became boring and didn't fir her personality, something like that, so she started this band. I love her indie raw vocals, the retro sound, she can totally pull it off. It would sound weird if it was sang in an opera voice!!!!

Sunrise is a good song and has a good vid but I'd love to see vids for Lighthouse, Over & Over and Surfergirl; those tracks are GREAT! Fabiola you're truly stunning, I love your voice it's so sweet and childlike and the guys working with you are really talented. Much Love to you all. XX

how has this band not made it big yet? they have wonderful catchy songs and one of the most beautiful lead singers around. hopefully they will make it soon, because this is much better than the crap you hear on the radio.

Sunrise is a good song and has a good vid but I'd love to see vids for Lighthouse, Over & Over and Surfergirl; those tracks are GREAT! Fabiola you're truly stunning, I love your voice it's so sweet and childlike and the guys working with you are really talented. Much Love to you all. XX

I like the video I think it is v. well directed and edited esp. that you probably didn't have a large budget to work with. I agree that the lead singer is good looking but to be honest I hate her voice I think she can't sing
