I know that this is a stupid question but did you noticed that the flap indicator doesn't shine in a grey colour? It only shows an actual position of the flaps.
It's a first time I see sth like that on triple seven, is it normal ?
Not exactly, in fact if you look hard enough, there is a slight shade of grey above the Flap 15 bar. Notice that as the flaps are retracted to 5 and the thrust is set to CLB, the 5 is magenta in color as the shade of grey slowly crawls up to the bar and as it reaches the 5, the magenta becomes green. The slight shade of grey indicates the ACTUAL position of the flaps and the number is the flaps being set. Magenta means, the flap is not at the set position yet and green means the flaps are set.

The Seatbelt sign selector was set to AUTO, hence there will be no indication of it in the Upper EICAS :)
