After all that groundwork polish and wipe three times i had use synthetic sealent instead instead of that wax.

@plynix yes you should clay when needed. In this case the car was already in great shape and this video is mainly to show the DA machine.

This is the reason I have trusted Meguiars for my cars since I was 19. I was never shown how to properly maintain a cars paint job, but when I bought my first car (1991 Mercedes 190) I bought a huge bundle of meguiars product and made my very worn car look like new. I'm actually use meguiars , since i'm in the proffessional carcleaning, but i do have to say that some of these pads are lovely to work with ..i tried them from a friend and i was amazed actually...

Machine-wise , if for hobby , this can't go wrong in quality or price. Though more serious cleaner will go for a aeg or a flex with 3M-polish products and pads.

Nevertheless meguiars is doing good stuff for the every-day hobbyist .

Agreed, but I do love some of their products such as Last Touch, that's great for clay lube, also their window cleaner concentrate is fantastic!

Both are great tools....this G220 DA works perfect at variable speeds and also fit perfectly with our Backing Plates and Pads..its a system so its easy to use....its also personal preference with weight and long term life. This machine comes with a one year warranty and has been a big hit for us so far!

what I am saying is that both are made for different users....if I were you, I would ask around in your local market and find out what other professionals use that you trust. I think the G220 would be great for you with Glazes and Waxes and Sealants...it depends on what your need is.

thanks mate, its a toss up between the flex, cyclo and g220 at the moment, for people just starting out in the business the cyclo has been recommended to me for safety and ease of use, the more however i hear of the flex, g220 etc they seem to be pretty "fool proof" too!

I assume they clayed the car before they buffed it and i would like to see them prepsol the car after, so they could show us if there taking all the swirls away and not just slicing and filling??
