Pretty cool video. Are you animating the model through XNA or did you load a model with animation already in it? I like the skybox, but the stuff underneath the level looks really weird.

The pacmans body and the mouth are 2 meshes in the model and i only edited the rotation of the mouth in xna...
the floor will be edited in the next time...
Thanks, the skybox is my own work and its a skydome...i think skydomes are better to use ;)
