1.Jiggs is high tier, not top tier. It's perfectly possible for a high tier to beat a top tier.
2.Ever though that skill counts too? Mango is a incredible player, and who knows, M2K may have a hard time against Jiggs or jiggs vs fox matchup/

Yes there are tiers, some characters are better then others. It's impossible to make a perfectly balanced game. And CPUs aren't a good example of a character's potential, the metagame for the character is. And metaknight's potential is unlocked from a human player, not the CPU, they wouldn't know how to do things like use MKs recovery correctly or his Dair FoP. Besides, since you are a complete noob there were probably items on. Also luck could have gone into zelda winning too.
Most low tier mains know their main sucks, I use Ike as one of my mains, I know he sucks, but he has some advantages. If you are good with a crappy character then golf clap, good for you, but you can't ignore the facts; Sonic is terrible, and so is Ike.
@Greciler I actually think Sonic is still underrated, despite his big jump in the new tier list. Have you seen the Malcom vs. ADHD set? I watch that all the time; it has such great stuff from both players.
Also, Malcom placed fairly well at Genesis - 33rd out of 281 I believe. I'm not sure that he used Sonic all the way through, as I understand it he secondaries Wario. Still, I think Sonic has potential.
Sonic's playstyle is is based on baiting, punishing, and spacing. All of that requires luck (except for spacing), and in a game like brawl where luck is the ultimate factor having too add anymore luck to that makes a bad character.

However, I remember Mew2King picking up Metaknight back when Snake was considered to be the best character. I think it's he who made Metaknight broken. Had he picked another char, he would've been broken too. M2K is just too good at inventing "gay" techniques.
I disagree. M2K plays only Metaknight in Brawl, whereas in Melee M2K actually used several different characters depending on the matchup. Thus he only plays Metaknight in Brawl because Metaknight has no bad matchups.

I know nothing about the game, since I stopped playing it about 4 months after it release.
However, I remember Mew2King picking up Metaknight back when Snake was considered to be the best character. I think it's he who made Metaknight broken. Had he picked another char, he would've been broken too. M2K is just too good at inventing "gay" techniques.

I disagree. M2K plays only Metaknight in Brawl, whereas in Melee M2K actually used several different characters depending on the matchup. Thus he only plays Metaknight in Brawl because Metaknight has no bad matchups.
Don't get me wrong, M2K is really good, but you're a moron if you think he could still be the best in Brawl using only Falcon.

I respect ADHD to the fullest.. He knows how to play M2k perfectly with diddy.. Most people would throw the banana & attack but ADHD knows m2k is going to block to he air dodges & keeps his distance with aerials.. He is amazing

The thing i hate about brawl is. People can do fancy shit and everyone thinks hes the best(example SK92) ok yeah play fancy m2k has tech skill but he plays meta not much tech there. and even if meta is broken m2k is fucking smart.
Brawl vids show nothing. Tournament placings are everything. Its no doubt m2k is the best in the world.

Dude, looks like the pressure just got to you on that last stock. I see all the same stuff I see when I play poorly under pressure, namely bananas thrown the wrong direction (in particular up), U-Smashes that have no business being used because of a wrong input, etc

No one dominates their region the way he does(not to mention its the strongest region) Hes the undisputed best player in the country and its no doubt the U.S is the best smash country.
