I will take this part of Tripoli over Dubai, or any other place in the world. Its easy for people to make a passing judgment over a poor video like this. I lived in Tripoli. This doesn't fairly represent the city. Film Sabrata now. But, you should feel sad for the Libyan people, they are really repressed due to their government. They are by far, on a whole the nicest people you would wish to meet.
What about your own government? Bush is most idoitic head of state ever. Why dont you remove that bastard mass murderer and then talk about other countries.
It's quite sad, it didn't look like that 30yrs ago, I use to roam those street, it broke my heart to those streets in a bad shape like that. it use to look very nice, we lived there in the 60's, I was 4yrs when we moved away. Very very sad.
if any thing, sky scrapers and highways or modern architecture is not necessarily unique..but this is original..this is old pavements that has saved itself from the western touch.
