I'm so glad mine is real. I bought mine actually at a Korean Cosmetic store where I live (Montreal, Canada) and I didn't even think or hesitated that it might be fake *stupid*. I also ordered mine skin79 VIP gold from pink gelee and contacted them before that and they said is authentic that selling counterfeit stuff from other companies is a crime and to contact wizcox which the manufacturer! Also Seoul glamour on amazon also sales authentic skin79 and other Korean cosmetics I recommend this store! Also check rubyruby76 on eBay she also sales authentic Korean products and she is in Korea and very nice!

Just one more point, Skin79 changed their packaging since the beginning of 2009, therefore if you just receive old package BB cream they're either fake or expired (real product expired in 3 years from the manufacturing date). Watch out if the seller has anything looks like the old packaging AVOID!

I'm still looking at buying off ebay- the seller has 100% positive feedback and a 60 day money back return policy + a big blurb on how to spot an original (the security sticker etc) so I'm feeling pretty confident that they are legit. They're also based in South Korea, so I suppose that's why they can sell the items for a reasonable amount.

You should squirt out a pump from both the fake one and the real one and compare. I've seen from other sites that the fake one is usually more oily/thinner. If you squirt both on a piece of paper, you can see there is a difference in the ingredients.

I just ordered the new bb cream " absolute total in a tall pink package ( diamond )

The top is plastic - and it's white that won't pump ( doesn't work at all ) , the bar code on the box is in the back not the bottom. The inside of the box is blank white with no writing.

The bottle does have a sticker. The date on the bottom is 101005

Interesting situation. I haven't actually head of any fake absolute total BBs yet! Check to see if the sticker has a hologram. The fakes don't have the holograms on the verification stickers. Also, check where your seller is from. If they are form China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, it may be fake!

i went on the skin79 web-site and went to one of the authorized dealers in my area. but... when i looked at the tester it didn't have an authentic sticker thing on it, and it was in the older packaging with the sliver bottom and the number was not on the bottoms either. so i'm confused if its an actual authorized dealer that even skin79 has confirmed why is it so suspicious? should i still trust it? also is bb cream on yesstyle real?

I got mine from the seller booeen who is based in Korea. Only took 10 days to get to me in Europe so I'm very happy to recommend her! I think it was one of the cheapest on eBay too, cost me less than 10GBP with free postage, hope this helps :)
