@Jessicanana89 Well, in their other life when Serenity and Endymion were together, they loved each other so so much, so when Endymion died, Serenity destroyed the earth because to her a world without Endymion was a world that shouldn't exist. So everyone is afraid that the same will happen with Usagi and Mamoru.
