Hi I'm 18 years of age and I just wanted your quick answer on something.

I get a lot of indicators of interest from females like the tossing and touching fo the hair, head tossing, eye contact their feet facing me. However with all this signals, I am so bad at approaching and seducing women. Please could you maybe give me some feedback. Thanks

Perhaps she is just "saying" that she would like to get to know you better, not that she necessarily wants to bonk you.

Seducing women is sorta frowned on ... at least by women. LOL However, you are still young so that kind of thought patterns and intrepretations are to be expected. As you get older and obtain some notches in your belt, so to speak, you'll understand better what you are saying (and what I am meaning).
