  • HK should stand for High Kwality..lol

  • @Shooter9x19 No it stands for heavy and klunky

  • the mr762 doest use pmags does it ?

  • I have no idea how HK is still in business, with their lack luster customer service, and way overpriced rifles? They will be going the way of many companies, either figure out no one is going to buy your over priced crap, or go down the road!

  • i don't like how hk views civilians

  • @drunkcookiemonster what do you mean ??

  • @TheJasonDR the police get nice weapons will the civilian have to eat shit

  • Check out the stocks on the M320s..

  • Can't wait to get my hands on a civilian 417.

  • I saw a "New service pistol" thread in your forum...

The MP7 would be a great choice! :)))

In germany, its part of the IdZ-program (something like the Future Soldier), norway bought a couple of thousands for their forces

  • Heckling my C--k. fyt Zionist shayget

  • they still can't make 30 round 7.62 mags?

  • @vandebilding

    What for?

  • the schmidt&bender scope mounted on the g28 is even more expensive than the gun.

  • Hk hates you !

  • I hate H&K, overpriced, and they hate civilians with the passion of a thousand burning suns, i will change my opinion when they sell me their stamped metal G3 and MP5 civilian clones and for a reasonable price too.

  • Is the MP7 available on the civilian market?

  • @SierraTangoGuns Unfortunately, no. It likely never will be knowing HK.

  • @Sturmgewehre thats too bad, it is useful for so many applications

  • FUCK HK!!!!!

  • nice scope

  • It's easy for people to COMPLAIN about the cost of an HK. Because complaining is what they can afford to do. Until you own one or more, you'll never know. There is a reason the Germans make high end products. They care. It may not be a warm and fuzzy feeling directed towards the civilian market, but you do get what you pay for. Cadillac vs. Bentley, Ferrari vs. Ford GT, etc... All cars, some cost more than others, it's all in the eyes of the buyer. I need a bigger vault, I see some Hk's to buy!

  • Please get a HK P30 with the LEM trigger to test.

  • HK is the world nº1

  • 17lbs! if I had to carry that thing on a deployment, I would write H&K hate mail every opportunity i got. lol

  • i'd take a kac pdw over that mp7 to be honest.

  • Too bad no one except SF will ever get to handle an MP7...

  • seems to me if you're willing to go through all the crap to get a full auto or other nfa gun, why can't you buy a brand new gun? Basically the laws are written now how they are for a reason, lawmaker are scared to death of gun owers, and really for no real logical reason.

i my self believe that the second amendment was written they way it was to allow civilian to own military armaments plain and simple

  • @noahp2191 amen

  • @noahp2191 I'll tell you why lawmakers are scared, because our for-fathers wrote the second amendment to protect us from tyrannical government. The kind of government we are seeing more and more of these days.

  • @staunton01 They did however they also couldn't agree so they worded it with a strict and interpretative meaning.

The entire argument whether the founders wanted a protected right for civilians to bear arms is null on the sides for and against because even the founders couldn't decide.

But that doesn't mean anything today as original intent doesn't mean crap when interpreting laws or the bible or anything else it seems.

  • 17 POUNDS? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. Lemme go throw a boat anchor in my backpack while i'm at it so i can go run n gun with 300lbs of gear on me.

  • @808Arsenal pussy

  • @RiaGuy feel free to use it. When the zombies are eating you because your ass was draggin behind from lugging that hunk of metal around, i'm sure your buddies will be grateful.

  • @808Arsenal I'm sure my buddies won't be grateful........ they'll be dead....

    better them than me haha..

    /watch?v=B9k-wbkeYSU&feature=related

    here's how

  • I would love to get my hands on one of those MP7s!!!

  • Was that a wistful tear in your eye as you handled the MP7? Wouldn't blame you if it was.

  • Wait.... Made for the military only & semi auto only? WTF lol

  • @ViolentKisses87 that's Germans for you

  • @wwaalltthheerr Can't wait for their safe only models X3

  • @ViolentKisses87 Might have to do with some sort of contract.

  • @ViolentKisses87 Its a DMR, so full auto wouldnt make sense. That would be like having a full auto Sr 25

  • @xLynahx Ok ok that makes more sense however why not have the option of full auto on a high capacity weapon like that? I mean would it hurt accuracy to have the option?

  • @ViolentKisses87 Well, they could add it, but the accuracy would suffer, and with the gun being 17 pounds I doubt it would add any advantage

  • @xLynahx I guess your'e right, given the role the rifle is given.

I guess I just have a thing for 7.62x51 full autos

  • @ViolentKisses87

That's what the regular 417 is for. But in my experience, full-auto 7.62 in anything less than something squad level, like an M240 is unnecessary. These are military rifles, so their goal is more than just making a bunch of noise on a range for the hell of it.

  • @ViolentKisses87

They make a full auto version as well.

  • @ViolentKisses87 in this mode it's more accurate. the minute of angle is only at 1,5 on 100 meters.

  • DMR's tend to be semi-auto only. All USMC DMR's have been semi-auto and the M110, which will be the new DMR of the USMC, is also semi-automatic. You really don't need a fully-automatic DMR, besides most of the soldiers, if not all, are thought to use semi-automatic almost exclusively.

  • @ViolentKisses87

The G28 DMR Designated Marksman Rifle, is not a battle rifle, but the replacement of the G3 ZF / G3 DMR as a squad "sniper" rifle. Range 500m+

  • Is that an M203 behind you?

  • Wait that rifle at 2:07 weighs 17 pounds?????? geeze

  • sssSSSCHWING!!!!

    That rifle is sexy.

  • I did like the looks for the 417. What mags will fit in the 417 , or they going to make it HK brand only.

  • @millster101 Yeap, HK-417 / MR762A1 uses proprietary magazines.

  • Comment removed

  • so the 417 is heavier, with more kick then the scar 17 but will probly cost the same if not more then the scar 17.......no thank you!!!

  • Will the MP7 be availible in a semi auto version for those that want to pay for the SBR tax stamp?

  • So they have a semi auto rifle that they will not sell to civilians? I will make sure and never support them.

  • HK just doesn't have the same name/popularity in America as they used to. I personally have zero desire to buy one of their overpriced rifles...

  • @MARINE1146 id say their pistols have a lot of popularity. but yeah there rifles are not as popular as they used to be

  • I wonder how much the 417 will cost probably an introductory price of $4500 and 3 months later after people get it in stock it will go to $5500.

  • Comment removed

  • Its heavier, but feels like it has more recoil?

That's kinda telling about the qualities of the design, eh?

  • I have a love hate relationship with H&K, I love their handguns, but i hate how they treat us with their rifles!

  • I bet that s&b 1-8 scope costs..what, about $10,000?

    lol

  • Great coverage! keep em coming!

  • ask them why the mp7-a1 has`nt been put out in a semi-auto version!

  • ah the germans taking our stuff and dressing it up to give it a german look.....thats okay....we did the same thing with their Mauser rifle

  • Ah HK the company that hates civilians. Yet people will still bash out 4k for a logo. But whatever floats their boat.

  • At least the Colt LE-901 7.62mm NATO / multi-cal carbine will be marked to the civilian shooters. Support an American company, buy the Colt LE-901 instead. It has a hammer forged chrome lined barrel and is all mil spec - price about $2,000.00. See: youtube . com /watch?v=rIToteOdtBc

The HK MR762A1 - no chrome lined barrel for civilian version. Price $4,000.00. No thanks.

  • @Everett07630 the only way I wouldn't buy American first is if American companies didn't have what I was looking for

  • @sturmgewehre this picture for this vid says "colt" when it's an HK preview.

  • @rabehk buy an Sl8 and a g36 parts kit and US mad 922 compliance parts then send to Chopstix kid on HKpro= converted G36!

  • @shinli00 honestly? I collect fully automatic weapons... instead of a g36c i did get me a SIG552 back then. Also a nice purchase. besides, ITAR export regulations for part kits are also, lets say difficult

  • love the color of the g28 dmr

  • sweet!!

  • I held theMP7A1 at the NRA convention and was amazed at the feeling of the thing! So lightweight!

  • this G28 is a "patrol" configuration, did you see the full dmr version of it?

it has a longer rail sleeve, harris type bipod, vertical front grip, larger scope with a reddot on top and a butstock with adjustable cheak rest

  • All of my want, I wish I was a millionaire D:

  • Very nice coverage from Shot. Keep up the great work!

  • I'll never support a gun company that limits things like a SEMI-AUTO rifle from civilian purchase. Absolutely fucking ridiculous.

  • @REDNAK47 I like Barrett. When california banned their .50 cal sniper rifle from civilian sales, the company refused to sell the rifle to law enforcement in california

  • @Alexn1067 Amen. I've visited their factory in Tennessee and let me say those boys know a thing or two about making bad ass guns.

  • @REDNAK47 it might not be HKs fault...could be legal/importation problems...seems hasty to blame the company when you don't have enough information to judge why the rifle isn't coming here...

  • @dlizzle No it is ENTIRELY HKs fault. They sell the MR556A1 to civilians and that is a semi-auto rifle, so why not this one? You see what I mean. Arbitrary judgment of what civilians should and should not have.

  • @REDNAK47 well they are german. the most tight assed, weapon restricting people on the planet. i heard a story of where the bass player of the band 5 finger death punch had some brass knuckles made into his bass and they went touring in germany and they got arrested because his bass had the brass knuckles made into it and brass knuckles are illegal...

  • @REDNAK47 HK doesn't like civilians owning guns to begin with. Remember, it is a European company and they frown on guns in general. They do like money and reluctantly sell to US civilians because it is their largest market. Look at their accessory prices. If you want HK you have to pay through the roof. They make great products, don't get me wrong, but their general attitude towards us civvies isn't flattering IMO. No HK products for me, I'll buy from the other guys.

  • @the308capital 100% agreed. I refuse to pay out the ass for their guns. Why pay $1400 for one of their handguns when you could conceivably purchase 3 Glocks for that same price?! But what I find interesting is they will sell the civilian version of the 417 so why not provide that DMR steel upper?

  • @REDNAK47 I don't think HK gives a shit. Their main focus is military weapons for military applications. They are not in business to supply civilians with range toys.

  • @a2birdcage says the asshat with no videos. but I'm sure your one of those big bad and tough "MIL/LEO" trolls.

  • @REDNAK47 Dude, I wasn't being critical of your comments. I think it would be awesome if they brought more of their military systems to the semi-automatic civilian market. All I was merely saying was that isn't what HK is interested in. Being as it's their company they should be allowed to pursue whatever markets they want and at the same time they should be allowed to say no to certain markets. I love their pistols so I buy them. I'm not Mil/LEO and have no issues with HK's limited markets.

  • @REDNAK47 Btw, is there some kind of rule that to make comments on youtube videos you have to post your own videos or is that just another one of your chips?

  • HK site says Jan MSRP $3,995

  • Very neat little package.

  • Nice review, thank you

  • german bulit german prices

  • Sweet rifles. Great job -- you're a natural in front of the camera. Also, I love your video intro.

  • I'd still keep my scar

  • ★★★★★

  • i want an mp7...

  • Full auto .308 rifle ... the new 1918 BAR?

  • @mrtlsimon the Bar is 30-06. but it's still cool!

  • So is making the receiver out of steel and adding 8lbs to the rifle really worth it? Hell no. The SCAR-17's are shooting MOA out of the box. The Scar 17 SSR is shooting sub-MOA. I guess that's what you get when you got to make up for that piston system messing with your barrel harmonics.

  • Are they going to make the MP7 in semi auto and with a longer barrel so it can be classified as a rifle and not SBR?

  • Awesome! I wouldn't mind having all three of those, but I doubt anyone would mind. Another great video; any more SHOT show videos coming up?

  • I - WANT - THAT - G28!!!!

  • If it wasn't for our stupid gun laws, you would be able to own a MP7-A1..

  • @Hiluxtaco No you would not.... I am legaly allowed to own nearly everything, but H&K does not sell what they call "Kriegswaffen" (weapons of war) to civilians. I have an old G3 and a MP5 but there is no chance of getting something new like a G36, or a factory new MP5SD in fully automatic from H&K. Certainly there are other ways to get one....

  • @Hiluxtaco Our laws have next to nothing to do with it, HK are just tight asses. Yea, you can get a semi-auto version of the 416 in the US, but it costs $2700 if you can find one. Besides that? There's pretty much the USC (fixed stock UMP, which misses the point entirely) and the XM8-based SL8, which, again, misses the entire point.

  • @SullyAwesome You are wrong it all has to with German laws and then importing firearms into the US is tough to say the least.

  • @Hiluxtaco ron paul 2012

  • @Hiluxtaco you live in the us and call the gun laws stupid?

  • @dieHoelzer Absolutely! That's the beauty of this country. We can question our own laws!

If it wasn't for the various laws restricting the rights of the people of this nation, I would be able to walk down a gunshop and purchase one.

What makes Law Enforcement better than the law-abiding citizens of this nation? Are they some kind of special class of citizens with special rights and privileges? Hell no!

The US Constitution is about "We the People", not you (LEO/Gov) the privileged few!

  • @Hiluxtaco Dude, u don't even know russian gun laws =((. They are MUCH more stupid and anti-gun.

  • @gwathedhel666 I'm sure they are.

But as a citizen of the United States of America, and not Russia, they are not my problem. They are yours..

  • @Hiluxtaco Yeah, right. But don't cry about your laws, americans (in gun-friendly states especially) have one of the most privileged laws. =)

  • @gwathedhel666 LMAO!

I live in a 'gun friendly' state and even I can't own an MP-7! In fact, no one in this country can own one! Well, maybe the very, very few people in this country who own a SOT..

  • @Hiluxtaco Hah.. U can own pistols, carbines, rifles (even scoped and big cal), shotguns. Yeah, thats a huge problem - u can't own a compact submachine guns. *sarcasm mode off*

We can't even defend ourself with handguns. Ony stupid rubber-pistols, that almost do not hurm.

    Sorry for my English.

  • @gwathedhel666 We can own compact sub-machine guns!

Just not this one. Mainly since it was manufactured after 1986. Which is total horseshit!

What is the difference between one made before or after that date? Nothing. Just a stupid-azz Federal BS law saying "You can't own this.."

  • @Hiluxtaco ohh.. I got it. So, that's really stupid. But, I still want to live in USA, rather then in Russia)))

  • @gwathedhel666 Are you guys planning on invading the US any time soon?

  • @Jordan3206 LOL, like in CoD, aha.

    Only as a tourist.

  • @gwathedhel666 If that HK MP7 was offered in a semi-auto only version that couldn't be made to fire in a "full auto" mode, then people could buy them. It would be classified as a "SBR", or Short-Barreled Rifle. You would just have to pay a $200 fee, fill out a bunch of BATF Forms, and wait a few months for it to be 'approved'..

  • man.... i wish i was there bro..
