I loved the Foodie Rules You Tube clip - I have just come home from teaching first year students at AUT about lifestyle diseases and energy balance and by the end their teenage eyes were glazing over, Claire is right, who cares when all this happens to 'old' people! If it's ok with you and Claire I'll include this You Tube clip in my next lecture as a recap, it has the same messages but in such a practical way. Well done!!
