Hey coach their elbows are up.No disrespect intended. unless I'm seeing something wrong here. My point is unless the back elbow is physicaly touching their rib cage or very close to it, then in my opinion the elbow is up. How high up of course is a personal preference as long as they can go into a load and be comfortable

@126STRNGNFIT When he says the elbow is up, he means the back arm is parallel to the ground, because that is often how they teach you in t ball and 8 u, but in order to be successful hitting your back elbow must be down, or to make it easier for you, your arms have to make an upside down v.

thats cool but i wonder if he knows who the sofball gators because well im on that tream and its a big orginazation and there are like 20 teams there is 10u 12u 14u 16u 18 u and then collage and the are like lots of teams in i u and im on the 10 u gators and our team is hard to try out for and i made it and my sister was on the gators for 2 years now and she still is and im on the 10 u team
