@cavylicious when i filmed this, it was unusually busy at the barn, so I had to move him behind the person in front of me. Yes, this also sounds dangerous, but I promise you there was a safe distance between his face and the other horse's rear :) It's rare that I ever have to do this.

@ConceitedCupCake that's a really terrible habit that I used to have hahaha. At my really old barn, nobody ever did it, but at my new place, I got it drilled in to my head it needs to be latched :)

we shave horses for competitions and all that stuff! but also in winter if the horse is in work especially if it in heavy work if it has a winter coat it takes onger for the horswe to dry and they can get a cold if we hose them!! so i hope that answeers your question!
