  • i like how we were able to bulge the text and also choose from a huge variety of effects!

  • I like how we can change the text of the letters into a path! the gradation effect looks really cool on them :)

  • The different effects of that we can apply to fonts are really cool. Also changing of the font to a saved path is really helpful because it preserves the font.

  • I never knew you can change the font in so many ways like the bulge. I also thought it was so smart how you can make the test into something like an image so that it doesn't change when you switch to a different computer!

  • I liked the bulge tool we used on the font, it makes the overall image seem more animated and fun.

  • I like how you can still use the fonts as "images" and that way you don't have to change it all the time.

  • i liked how you can make the letters into a image so you can still have your font in the programs!

  • I really liked how I can shape the font in a very pretty way!

  • I really like how we can select the gradient tool to apply only in the text, not the whole picture! This shows how specific photoshop can be regarding our preference.

  • paths are so important when it comes to photoshop. This will be helpful if i make posters in the future :)

  • I learned something new about creating paths and I hope I can use it later. I really also like the gradient effect that gives so much a of a more natural look.

  • There are so many tools that we learned about in the previous tutorials and we are actually USING them. Awesome!

  • When photoshop takes a gradient layer and changes to a gradient of a text, it is legit so advanced. New terms like "vector mask" are confusing, but I'm learning great things like how I could preserve a font incase another computer doesn't have a same font and wants to modify it!

  • I like making the fonts cooler!

  • I've always wondered what to do when I really want to use a certain font that another computer doesn't have... and now I know to create a path! :D

  • I liked all the text effects the best!

  • I really like what we can do with the text tool, I like the outline on the word invitational too!

  • All these are effects are pretty amazing! I had no idea you could all of these things on one application!

  • I'm glad we used the gradient tool again. I really like that tool. Also, I really liked learning about the path selection tool and how it can only add gradient on the text.

  • I think that is so cool! I always wondered how people did that with the text having gradients! Also, I like pulling the L up. I didn't know that you could do that.

  • A gradient in a text?! Now, that is just way too cool. I also really liked the idea of keeping the same text, no matter what computer one is on, through the usage of work paths.

  • i enjoyed changing the settings on the text.

  • Using the bulge tool on the text was really fun. I wonder what other cool effects I could use on the texts?

  • Bulges are fun

  • I really like the bulge effect on the text

  • I didn't know you could use the gradient on only a selected text! I also find the bulge effect really fun.

  • I liked the font bulge and the gradient.

  • I really liked using the gradient tool. It was good review, and it added an interesting effect on the image.

  • the gradient tool is always amazing to see! i think ill using it for a later design

  • Changing the shape of a font is interesting, I never knew you could do that! Thank you.

  • I always wanted to know how to do the text effects! The bulging part is my favorite

  • Making the words gradient was complicated, but it was worth it! It had a cool effect in the end!

  • applying the gradient to the text is really useful

  • The vector is so cool. I like how you can get an outline of something and fill it in.

  • oh my... gradient vector mask is so cool and what i was looking for!!

  • this is really confusing so many things to click and delete and make..wow!

  • This is great! I personally think the vector mask thing is really cool!

  • Manipulating the shape is cool, but I learned this the hard way. Make sure to have good text to manipulate, some of the more curvy "l"s do not, frankly, look like flagpoles.

  • I always wondered whether it was possible to change the 'shape' of the text. Now i can make poster titles that are interesting and not just flat!

  • I liked how the gradient allowed only the invitational text to be left really lightly. The colour of the flag was really pretty too.

  • Bulging the text made it look much cooler, and I also liked adding the gradient to the "invitational" text only.

  • Making the flag was cool, I enjoyed this video

  • i think being able to know how to control the spaces in between the lines is really helpful! thank you!!!!

  • I liked adding the effects to the text and applying the gradient only to a part of the image.

  • This tutorial teaches about lots of different effect. I liked how the vector mask worked, as well as the text warping.

  • I think the different text designs and styles used are very creative

  • The gradient tool was so interesting.

  • bulging the text was really fun!! (:

  • i really like the bulging text and the different ways you can warp it! so cool!

  • The gradient tool for the letters was really cool! I really liked how it works even in small stuff.

  • I like bulging the text a lot. Thank you for the video!

  • The gradient effect was really interesting but I also like the different fonts we were able to use.

  • I think the gradient effect, is very useful to use in many ways, and I'm happy to learn this effect!

  • I did not know we ca use gradient effect in different ways.

  • The gradient effect was so cool! I didn't know that there were these many functions on Photoshop..I'm impressed

  • I liked lengthening the "L" and learning new work paths!

  • There are loads of techniques I didn't even know about that we applied here. This is cool

  • I like how we can make the test really cool & fun

  • I like the gradience on the text and how you can transfer the different fonts from varying computers so easily! (:

  • I like how you can play around with the texts and the gradient effect really shows a difference!

  • I find the gradient tool very effective and how you can change the text's size and shapes.

  • I really like the gradient effect!

  • I really like how my text changes to white because of the gradient. Now that I know how to create vector mask and bulge texts, I'll be able to enhance my images much more efficiently!

  • Gradient and opacity can really add nice effects to your shapes and texts

  • I really liked making the eclipse even thought it was kind of hard.

  • work path and making the invitational have a gradient was pretty tight. This was pretty educational.

  • The "create work path" was really cool! I never knew there was a simpler way of creating an outline of the text!

  • Nice! So many ways to do improve upon the files that we downloaded!!

The stars and the eclipse really caressed my eyes.

  • It was really cool to use the gradient tool to create a kind of brightness to the picture. I was kind of confused when the black on the test "invitational" disappeared. But once I got it, the rest seemed easy.

  • I liked using the gradient and putting effects on the text like bulge. This video was great and explained thoroughly!

  • It was really cool how the gradient moved to the text. It was also really cool how we deleted the layer and created a work path to leave an outline of the word 'invitational'.

  • I really enjoyed working with gradient tools to apply it only to a small portion of the whole photoshop image.

  • Thought it took me some time to figure some of the parts here, but later, I liked it!

  • I learned so much right now! I was stuck some times but I was still able to do it at last. The lesson was great!

  • I liked using the tools but it took me several times to figure this out as well.

  • I had to watch the whole video twice. It was really complicated. I don't know how the gradient got applied to only the "invitational" but I like the end results.

  • This took me several attempts to get everything right. But watching the video a couple of times really helped. I thought it was real neat how the gradient only got applied to the "invitational" text.

  • This tutorial really got me thinking and confused, but I got the hang of it real quick.

  • it was pretty confusing. but i rewinded the video multiple times and finally got what i was supposed to do :)

  • Tutorial was sort of difficult, but using the gradient tool was very fun. Learning how to make stars, and the crescent moon was very fun as well. Learning how to use the direct selection tool was probably important too.

  • I REALLY LIKE THIS TUTORIAL.

I really enjoyed using the direct selection tool, and learning how to make the stars and everything (: It was real easy to just fit them in the circle. (:

  • The direct selection tool was probably the most important tool in this tutorial, because it allowed me to manipulate and move around minor parts without disorienting the picture. It allows specific details to be edited the way I want them. Also, the gradient tool was significant, because it gave things color without filling in a solid background. The tutorial helped me with developing text fragments and creating a poster-like picture with just a few simple steps.

  • The tutorial got kind of harder as it went on, but it was still a nice tutorial and fun. The eclipse looked really cool.

  • I like how we used the gradient tool during this tutorial. The tutorial itself wasn't too easy at first but it got easier as I got the hang of it.

  • I like how it showed how to use the gradient tool so usefully and I think the skills we learned today are some of the things that I had a hard time finding out about in middle school when I was in yearbook team :) I was happy to know about it now..:)

  • I learned how to change the format of the text, making it a different shape. Also, the gradient was a useful tool as well.

  • This tutorial was easy and clear. The moon was really cool to make.

  • This video taught me how to add a gradient to the texts.

I also learned how to make work paths for the texts.

  • From this video, I learned the layers that are only effected on one gradient effect. It is also cool how we can use the 3D effect such as bulge. This can make my text to be really effective and stand out for my photo.

  • I learned how to change the shapes of the text, and also how to apply gradient to only one layer!

  • This video really helped me to change the way I insert a set of text. Through this tutorial I could distort the shape of the text.

  • I learned how to do more interesting things. Bulging the text, with the variety of shapes it can make, was fun to use.

  • From this video, I learned how to use the gradient on only one layer, I also learned how to bend fonts ,and I also re-learned how to use gradient. This video has helped me to another step closer to mastering photoshop! (hopefully...)

  • Ahhhh, with all the paths and layering and such and so, it was pretty complicated, but once I practice a few times, it will definitely be a great attribute to my PS life.

  • I learned how to use the tools to make cool things such as the eclipse.

Now that i know how to use these things i think i can make a poster for anything

  • I learned how to use the different shapes in the photoshop application in different ways and transform them into ways that would fit my needs. I also learned how to change the background when cutting it down to a slope or somewhat. In the end, i learned how to "distort" a shape made and into the shape i want.

  • i learned how to use gradient in another way. The vector path and work paths were new to me. These tutorials can be very helpful.

  • I learned how to apply the gradient to a work path, creating a cool effect. I also learned how to create a work path from a text.

  • I learned how to do different effects on text and how to change the color and size of it. I learned how to make gradients on the text.

  • I learned how to bulge the text to make the text cooler, how to elongate a letter, and how to apply gradient only to a part.

  • it was interesting to see how the gradient was applied only to the "invitational" text.

  • I thought that this tutorial was really interesting and fun, and it shows how people can make some really cool pictures and fonts.

  • This process got a bit difficult towards the end. But now, it is pretty interesting to see that the text can be changed in the way we like.

  • i learned all about the gradient effect and how you can apply it to only one layer.

  • I like learning the different effects that you can apply to the text and other parts of the picture.

  • It was good to review the gradient again and to add the gradient to the text and learning how to extend individual letters

  • This tutorial taught me various way to decorate the text. I learned that gradient can also influence the text's color

  • It was pretty hard in the beginning but it got easier after (; Also, I love how we can just do whatever with textsss.

  • the eciplse will help in my album cover cause ill be taking some dark pictures

  • I really like this video because I learned many new things.I learned how to bulge certain texts. After doing the gradient the poster looked really cool. I think this video guides me thoroughly. This video showed how to do specific things step by step.

  • this tutorial would have been really helpful if photoshop didnt hate me:( but i learned a lot about paths and guides and how to use tools to make posters and ads!

  • I like this tutorial because it taught me a lot about text. I didn't know all this was possible with photoshop. Thank you

  • It was cool to make the texts bulge out and work with different colors. Also, working with the letters and making the flag look real was really awesome.

  • This video gave me a brief review on how to use gradient and I learned how to bulge text to make it look more interesting. Thank you!

  • This video was also really helpful with the continuation of how to make a poster looking picture. Helped alot with customizing texts too.

  • The eclipse was really hard, but looks cool. Also, bulging makes boring text more exciting.

  • Wow, the eclipse was kind of hard, but I guess it works.... I really like the photoshop cs 5. you can do anything! I liked making the stars too.

  • I learned more about making cool shapes, like stars and to delete and "punch out" places. I also learned how to add more effects to my text and how to make the text more condensed with the character options.

  • This video really lead me the way in how to complete the golf tutorial. I really like how you explained thoroughly in the video. I love how I can change the text style! This helped me a lot in CD designing.

  • I found it really helpful to learn about how to shape the texts. I really had no idea that such a method of adjusting texts existed! it certainly makes the text look a lot more interesting.

  • The text effects were really cool! I like how you can modify text so it isn't the same old thing over and over! Making the gradient over the text was a nice touch. Also the fact that the text can just become an outline is very interesting, it can have multiple uses.

  • I like how the video explained what the shape layer did... Because I couldn't notice anything different. It also gave clear explanations for each step, which I found to be very convenient.

  • It took me a while to extend the "l" because my font was really weird.....but it looks nice now! :)

  • I really like how you can put gradients only on some texts you want it to go in.
