Barroso, you can have your "collective" EU but only with the inclusion of democracy. Obviously, the EU's anti-democratic past must be reversed and EU needs to be re-structured. Yes that might take a few more years, but isn't it important to do things properly, with basic democratic rights upheld?

So, Barroso, don't waste another year, start writing a better more democratic treaty and we will support it.

By the way, the only thing ratified by a No plus a Yes is a mandate for anti-EU activities.
