I saw these at silverstone, lapping before every F1 session. The medical care is a beast.
And when they were loading one of them (there were 2 spare safety cars and 2 spare medical cars in a secure compound) they didn;'t keep the fans away.
They are not stock, AMG have bored out the engine on the C63 and sounds it incredible. Mate of mine is a mechanic at RBR and he's been trying for years to take a look under the bonnet but they won't let him anywhere near it. In opinion that sounds better than the SLS.
@hits888 Sorry I don't quite understand your comment. Do you mean these are not stock AMGs and are specially prepared versions for F1? Meaning if I go out and a C63 AMG wagon/estate, it will not sound like this?
@op3l Yeah, someone at AMG has definitely played around with the medical car before handing it over. Look for a video of the medical car at full chat, you will here a distinctive exhaust note that no road car has.

Love the sound of these V8´s^^ The c63 sounds a bit more agressive in my opinion. A onboard cam. would be nice^^
