I started to read the book by a total boredome ...My sister like to read this kind of crap and then she thinks she will become rich or something like that... I have basic but good economical education and some toughts how our system works.. MLM’s nearly always lead to certain loss for new recruits. The founders and a few are at the top of their pyramids of participants are enriched at the expense of a multitude of downline participants, approximately 99% of whom lose money. The sale of products is distributor-driven, not market driven. Most products are sold to new participants to get in on this “ground floor opportunity.” Very few products are sold outside the "business". One more reason MLM is a Pyramid Scheme.
Kiyosaki, there's something about this guy I can't point out but it's nefarious. I don't trust that guy one bit. Trump is very successful but look at the scandalous trump university. He's selling steaks, bottled water, why not sell self help too?
@halflinks Obviously, you've never had success in a MLM company. Try finding a "normal job" where to succeed you have to lift people to a higher level. In no normal job do you make money by helping other people make money. Are there people who abuse MLM? sure. Reading is only the early step toward being wealthy. Put what you learn into practice. Take action, learn from it and take more actions, the outcome will show up. I read the books and many more like it. I took what the author reccommended into practice. I kept doing what worked and produced results that I could never did prior. I am now making an average of 80,000-100,000 USD per month from multiple passive income streams. The key is taking action and keep doing it. I did and I got results.

That includes people like Bill CLinton and Tony Robbins, who are the CEO's of companies they own.
Information you can aquire through books(or?), along with creativity, optimism, motivation, and purpose, can give you powerful tools to achieve goals. Kiyosaki is unapologetic in his desire to be rich. He implimented his mind, creativity, and energy to achieve that end. He uses books, mentors, seminars, spends $100's of K on education.
Others have utilized those powers, such as:

Dell
Rockefeller
similar to "Science of Getting Rich" were rewarded with whatever they wanted.
Yes, I think this is the idea.Clinton and other US presidents have spoken of reading often. And they often read the autobiographies of other former US presidents. Perhaps it is a way to gain insights and learn from them. Just like Trump and Kiyosaki do. And with Trump and Kiyosaki it seems they also enjoy teaching other people. It seems to me that they teach because it gives them pleasure to do so And they enjoy helping other people improve thier financial lives.
And by writing books and conducting seminars, creating board games, making audio and video recording lectures presentations workshops they may impact many many more people than what they may be able to do if they did it only one person at a time. They leverage technology for more efficient use of there time to achieve thier goals.
Just saw in a documentary on the life of Thomas Edison, that he loved to read books, and as a child he had set a goal to read every book in his local public library, even the books he did not understand.
That's so true about New York I've been to several of the largest cities in the world and even cities bigger than New York don't carry the energy New York has.

MLM’s nearly always lead to certain loss for new recruits. The founders and a few are at the top of their pyramids of participants are enriched at the expense of a multitude of downline participants, approximately 99% of whom lose money. The sale of products is distributor-driven, not market driven. Most products are sold to new participants to get in on this “ground floor opportunity.” Very few products are sold outside the "business". One more reason MLM is a Pyramid Scheme.

@halflinks Obviously, you've never had success in a MLM company. Try finding a "normal job" where to succeed you have to lift people to a higher level. In no normal job do you make money by helping other people make money. Are there people who abuse MLM? sure. But I personally love lifting people to a higher quality of life and getting paid to do it.

there is a video of Kiyosaki from 1992 workshop titled "How To Be Wealthy In This Changing World". It's amazing how before Oprah and his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, he still had same passion. And he talks about Buck Minster Fuller and wanting to teach people about money so they can be rich too.

There is alot of money to be made in writing "How To" books. That's neither a good thing or bad thing, it's just the way it has always been. You dont need to buy so many books just :Set Goals:Act on those goals: Be Flexible:Focused:Perservere:Never Quit: Strive to add value to the world. You dont need to throw hundreds down on "weekend seminars" unless you just want to push get rich programs and make them richer. There is a huge gap between realistic ambition and the type some people sell.

Reading is only the early step toward being wealthy. Put what you learn into practice. Take action, learn from it and take more actions, the outcome will show up. I read the books and many more like it. I took what the author reccommended into practice. I kept doing what worked and produced results that I could never did prior. I am now making an average of 80,000-100,000 USD per month from multiple passive income streams. The key is taking action and keep doing it. I did and I got results.

Yes Bill Gates reads books. As a matter of fact he speaks of his reading habits in one of the books that he authored.. And most successfully people are huge book readers and speak of the value they have gotter from have read those books. Kevin Trudeau says "Leaders Are Readers". That includes people like Bill CLinton and Tony Robbins, who are the CEO's of companies they own.

Information you can aquire through books(or?), along with creativity, optimism, motivation, and purpose, can give you powerful tools to achieve goals. Kiyosaki is unapologetic in his desire to be rich. He implimented his mind, creativity, and energy to achieve that end. He uses books, mentors, seminars, spends $100's of K on education.
Others have utilized those powers, such as:
Gates
Dell
Rockefeller
similar to "Science of Getting Rich" were rewarded with whatever they wanted.

Yes, I think this is the idea.Clinton and other US presidents have spoken of reading often. And they often read the autobiographies of other former US presidents. Perhaps it is a way to gain insights and learn from them. Just like Trump and Kiyosaki do. And with Trump and Kiyosaki it seems they also enjoy teaching other people. It seems to me that they teach because it gives them pleasure to do so And they enjoy helping other people improve thier financial lives.

Now here was my first goal when I started and that was, partime I wanted to equal on my profits partime what I was earning on my fultime Job. And I doesn't take very long if you really concentrate 15 Hrs a week, If you really do it rigth and learn some of the people skills. you can be earning as much part-time working on your fortune as you are working on you job.
