This looks great, I have made several recipes from your website, including Hyderabadi Eggplant, which was challenging but delicious. I see many of your videos are in Hindi, or, since I don't really speak Hindi, maybe it's another dialect. When the instructions come at the end they go by too fast to read. I know I could pause the video but are the English instructions for this recipe anywhere?  It would be nice to have a link for each recipe to an English instruction page. Thanks!
