britain has its own comic lines, and now marvel have stopped the possiblity of having captain britain. also the paint job between the head and body, the reds are way way too different.

it would only be a rip off if someone stole the idea. captain britain and america are from marvel. so it was just the same concept they weren't stealing which is what ripping off is.
