She's an opera singer, she's had classical training to help her sing like that. She would also have a voice coach who teaches her how to sing the notes without hurting her throat. Hayley Williams has a guy called Brett Manning who helps her with her voice so that she doesnt kill her voice during live performances. There's a video on here that shows all of her exercises and stuff.
