Using B2.61... there seems to be some problem with Actions getting saved with the file... That is as long as I have the File open the Action is there and I can connect it to as many Constrants as I need... but once I save the file... then close out of Blender2.61, and later reopen the file my action(s) are missing... I suspect that when you hit the 'x' in the action editor... that releases the data... so how to do you save that action from one Blender session to another?
First i want say to you THANKS !!! your "foot rig" tutorials are just great and by very far the best on the internet (i could find...) to learn advanced and pretty rigging ! This is really really great !!
ps : Just a question, do you know if there are better solutions now to mirror your rig, like using the .L/.R pre/suffix or something like that, cause i really think that handling manually the mirroring is sad, mainly if there are some unmirrorable rotation (my legs aren't perfectly vertical)

@norvman Okay I figured it out... that is someone (Serum) on BlenderArtist answered this question...
Note... make sure you give your Action a "Fake User" in the Action editor or Blender will lose it when ever you exit the program...
Do this by selecting the "F" next to the 'name' of the action on the bottom tool bar...

Very useful. I rigged my ant's feet using your tutorials as an inspiration. Thank you so much. MORE MORE

Cool I just checked out your Dante rig. It looks great. It was really good to see the foot system being used too : )
