  • Hay that was a great share.Thank you

  • sounds like a plan thanks for the idea

  • Nice moves Dan, wrap an old yoga mat around the post on the BOB and duct tape it and you'll be able to knee it powerfully.

  • @BareFisted good tip!

  • Very nice. I have all the old Carl Cestari DVD's. And just started to buy the Damian Ross ones. I have a B.O.B. in my garage and train in a similar fashion.

  • WOW just seen your clip doordie 64 now thats power my friend i tend to work speed first so its easier to get in and out of someones space but im workin on power and more combos. The thing is to catch the other guy off balance ,somethings might not work but thats the beauty of this system u go from one combo to the next.also if u cant get a drop step shit attack any way side step do anything but wait to get hit look for the legs to set up blows to face neck area.

  • @dannanrik Don't training the things in a separate way . Speed will come when your aimpoint is to cause the maximum damage in the minimum amount of time . So as you never ever can relay on a single strike you hit the target as many time you can in the shortest period of time . You will see that your hit will be heavier blow after blow more at the end that in the beginning

  • @dannanrik Hi , I am sorry I m very bad in using you tube. This is my first time . If You have any question e-mail me at: cc@defendu.it .Dannanrik the answer at your question is: ok train in every single technique slow and then with power . Try the combinations *. But then do this way : stay in front of the bob and do for ex as many burpees as you can until you feel yourself almost exausted then and only then stand up , face the bob , visualize and attack it brutally with all you have left

  • @doordie64 With intent . What it is more important is the quality of the reps not the number. You have to simulate the adrenal rush you will have before a fight . You have to compell yourself to fight even if your body says : please ... dont ! It strenghten your mind as well . Then rest and do it again .... and again .. If it make sense for you have a try .

  • * remember at the end you will find your own combination and favourite techniques your body shape will dictate it . Remember that human body reacts to the blows so learn how to see the opening and to use them ( but here you need a partner ) .

  • Hi , I wrote a reply and put a video but as I am no good to do it have a look under my nickname: doordie64 for it.

  • once again thanks for comments i just found this system to be very easy to catch on to been doing it for 5 months now and im hooked.Everything just flows together which is what i love about the sdts it was so easy to take what works for me.

  • so what happens if you cannot get the drop on the bad guy with these attacks? or if they simply put their hands up? I like what I see none the less.

  • @cdenorch You smash everything there is on your way to the target ( ex. neck/ head)

  • @doordie64 If they put their hands up you will be slapping the bad guys forearms not their neck. If you can set them up and hit them first its great, if you can't then what? A karate chop is not going to hurt a forearm most the time.

  • @cdenorch ok the point is that it is easy to bend the arm of an opponent and then go for the neck / head area . You use all your body behind it is enough to deflect the guard and reach the target . If suddely it doesn't function then stomp , hit the legs and then immidiately reverse and go for the face when his/her attention is on the bottom . I beg your pardon if I am not clear but english is not my primary language.

  • Looking good man. I like Damian's stuff. If you are looking for more like it check out my Special Agent Combative Systems previewed on my channel and at

  • Excellent, you got it.

  • starting module 8 everything just comes together thats the beauty of this system.
