@iM3RK10 They started off naturally but I did a few variations of exercises to make them more toned. I will try to get an abdominal workout vid up soon

Core is worked out pretty nice.
The arms need some working on, but if you're doing it without weights people can't really say shit.

also working the biceps only go up to a 90 degree angle and hold it. be sure to ad weight if you can easily do more than 8 to 12 reps.

little tip add weight in a back back to where you can only do 8 to 12 reps to failure. This will help build size. your already lean.
