  • When you buy a Ferrari, not buy a one simple car, you buy a dream!

  • If someone buy a car like this just for the snob or bloffff, is like that someone have nothig but a fancy car, to enjoy a car like that need to understand and appreciate the engineering behind it. I like so much this video.

  • Wow they still make the engines the same way they did back in the 80's! I like how all manufacterers make engines the same way pretty much but only some use modular designs to ensure less chance of something being wrong. Still the best way to determine what is better is by what costs less and is more conventional. So building engines this way is unconventional because the cost is way out of 99+% of peoples price range therefore it is useless to almost all of us. So how is it better really?

  • This is my dream job!!!!

  • just perfect...

  • molten aluminium melts my heart :D

  • when i saw the engine come out of the mold, i was like OH SNAP

  • Marvelous

  • What a awsome work of art!

  • @widmo007 Í am agree with you... ferrari supports the destruction of the planet, Is not necessary V12 engines(a lot of CO2), CarS V6 or V8 turbocharged are enought and powerfull!!!

  • then it would be like any other car...

  • @danielcev

    you are retarded

the number of cylinders does not determine the co2 output. efficiency and displacement are to blame. ferrari is one of the top engine manufacturers in the world and thus has very highly tuned, efficient engines. there largest displacement currently is 5.8L iirc, (the 458 italia) which is comparable to many V8s.

They also make only thousands of cars every year, in contrast to the auto giants of detroit, germany, and japan which make 10s of thousands

  • first, I am an engineering major. second, I don't speak italian or spanish or whatever the hell that is.

Third, I am correct. The mass of the air (read: not volume) determines the fueling via the MAF and ECU. The amount of fuel burnt determines the emissions. The number of cylinders has nothing to do with it.

The displacement is what matters. And if it's forced induction, it's even worse

  • @carwiz008 mmmmm, but I knew number of cylinders, mass of air and fueling determines the CO2 output(for me it´s clear). But I think Ferrari builds the cars with a lot of catalyzers, so you are welcome and so great speech!!!! However I think Chevy Volt its the solution for the planet...! Don´t you?

  • no. the Volt sucks. sorry Chevy. you fail. again.

The Volt's 400 lbs battery pack contains less energy than a single gallon of gasoline. Think of the pollution from burning one gallon of gas vs the pollution from making a huge box of metal and acid. We need more potent sources of energy. I like nuclear, but people are so goddamn scared in the states and it's hard to carry a reactor around with you in a car. Until batteries are more efficient, we should focus on making combustion more efficient

  • @carwiz008 OOOOH!!! you are right again!!!!! but its a possible solution to global warming!!!!!!! Science found a another chance and they are thinkin about nanocells based on Cold Fision.... Well anyway..... we need to change our minds and then we will give to our children a clean planet....

  • What`s music in first part ??

  • Now that's the job i 'd like to have :)

  • @thodkats that'd be hard cuz you would have to have it exactly right

  • @yourmom1926 : To have what exactly right ?

  • @thodkats measherments

  • too bad a football player or rapper will crash it :(

  • another piece of art!!!!!marvelous!!

  • very nice music

  • wtf no its not

  • nice

  • Obra prima!

  • What is the name of the song?

  • i like HEMI :)

  • This vid really shows what you're paying for, when you buy a Ferrari. Amazing craftmanship!

  • @Niller3253 There isn't anything amazing about it....Chevy does the same thing for their ZR1 vette's... the reason a vette doesn't cost 250K+ is because it isn't all hyped up with BS over-luxuries that are completely useless and then sold above MSRP by every used ferrari dealership in the world.

  • @Niller3253 still.. i would buy 10 rx-7's for the same price

  • Guys, don't think of it as a commercial technology... These Italian guys are artist. Each car is an artwork, like a Stradivari violin. This is my opinion. Okay, not a cheap violin :D

  • At the end there. It must be so awesome to to rev the fuck out of a ferrari engine to almost destruction.

  • i agree too

  • I think what you mean is:

Volkswagen is SHIT.....Ferrari is king of cars

    dumbass

  • unreliable, old technology, old school, needs constant rebuilding, exorbitant price. Go with GM or Ford from Edelbrock 500 + hp for only 5K brand new.

  • no, jaguar v12 owns everything.

  • jaguar?!?!? Ford???!?!?! GM?!?!?!?!?!?! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH HOLY CRAP!!! ferrari is YEARS OF LIGHT after that newbies companies! FERRARI is STYLE PASSION TECNOLOGY AND HEART!

  • @r3dd3vil82 just fuckoff .... you can't afford to buy a freakin' screw from it ...dream on

(heart and passion 4 drugs maybe :))))

  • @r3dd3vil82 Yeah, well, they also costs hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  • @r3dd3vil82 Only 400 more grand than the same power output car from any of those.

  • GM SUCK ASS!! Intensely!!

  • sinfonia perfetta.

  • no roller cam here just good ol metal to metal grind no wonder it only lasts 20k good job ferrari, NOT!

  • The film of oil provides all the lubrication necessary, just like main, camshaft, and rod bearings. I reckon Ferrari knows a thing or two about building engines...

  • Beautiful engine masterpiece. But the whole engine needs to be rebuilt after around 20,000 km. So just imagine what problems it will encounter until it reaches 20,000 km. :(

  • Perfect

  • i would probably be the person walking out of the factory with individual parts in a bag

  • You'd be like the upscale Johnny Cash, huh?

"I'd get it one piece at a time, and it wouldn't cost me a dime, you'd know it's me when I come through your town! I'm gonna ride around in style, I"m gonna drive everybody wild, 'cause I'll have the only one there is around!"

  • musica??

  • OUT OF THE RUINS Michael Nyman guarda il video di MORRICONE1 qui su youtube.....

  • wow!

  • legal nhen...é da ferrari mesmo?

  • one by one, each one perfect !!!
