Most maid cafes like this one ("Mia Cafe") hold games once a week or monthly special events. This one is being sponsored by the Ishimaru One computer store. In this case the event is for the guests to take pictures of the maids and play a little game.
Also if anybody is interested the "info" on the right is telling people that they are hiring maids for about $11 per hour. you can find more info at their website.
