Sister, thank you!!!! I really needed to hear this Today. I'm dealing with the incarceration of a loved one as well. He's been stuck in this cycle for many years, and I'm the one family member still hanging in there with him. I have shed sooo many tears over this situation, although he's not my son, I can relate to part of your hurt. He gets released early next year, and I'm praying this will be the last time. Thank you for sharing this.

sorry about the death of your husband. I understand how it feels about having a son incarcerated. I can relate. I had to let go and let God, so I'm thanking God for him giving me my strength to deal also, and that I'm able to lean on him when the time gets hard. I've cried many nights. I know. trust me.
