If Nathan and Andrew had originally left their macho, alpha crap outside and concentrated on just working out and letting their results speak for themselves, they would have more friends because they are likable fellows.

Sheila and Amanda amaze and inspire me. They're the two that have grown the most. Holly and Mel are coming along nicely, too, actually. Shocking stuff!

It's weird how someone you thought was physically attractive changes when you see their attitude. I use to think Nathan and Andrew were a good looking set, but I look at them now and they are very ugly to me. Their attitude shines through and they're ugly from the inside out.
