Melodyne Editor | Correcting timing with the Macro

How do you get the Melodyne timing grid locked in sync with the timing grid of your tune please?

I'm trying to get a wood block quantized to the Click in DP6 on a Mac using Melodyne Editor 1.1.5 if that matters & the verses, choruse & bridges are programmed 2bpm different from each other (intentionally).
