I think one of the most important questions for a presidential candidate is what religion they are.

Any answer besides "I am an atheist" just shows a willingness to firmly believe something is true when there is no evidence at all that it is so.

I just couldn't vote for a person who blindly believes things like that. Imagine what horror could (and has) come from that.

agreed. i'm sure that a lot of them actually are atheists. at least one would hope that our world leaders are smart enough and strong-willed enough to not take the world's biggest book of bedtime stories (AKA the Bible) seriously.

but of course, no politicial would ever be stupid enough to openly confess to being an atheist. the Christian vote is too huge.
