@karas7196 I've actually used that, it's an excellent transition from a half back walk over...if your not sure what that is search it, it's on here, but once the half is done, i've had my girls transistion into the base in control of the leg doing the foreward roll...it's really simple, but looks good and is a nice filler inbtween bigger stunts or pyramids..:)

I don't think girl cheerleaders do a good job with catching people. Everytime I watch an all girl cheer team, I always always ALWAYS see the person their catching about to fall or fall. boys do way better.

I do something like the first stunt on my team.

The flier grabs the backspots hands and does a standing tuck then the bases catch her, reload to a 1 leg extension, then pull a scorpion and scale, fulldown, reload, half, double down! Haha

If I'm correct, for my team at least, that last stunt is illegal. Only the part were both the flyers are thrown and the switch to face the crowd. Also, the secound stunt is illegal ONLY when they grab there foot again and put them in the hitch/lib. If they were just landing with their legs sprad, and then maybe put their leg back with their other, and replouded, that would be legal if I'm correct. I'm totally trying these!

it depends on the level your allowed to do different things in different levels like the 2nd stunt was either level 4 or level 5 because they twisted from lib out of the pyramid
