All requiems are in latin... They all have the same "lyrics" - it's a requiem mass set to music. Have to say that Verdi's Dies Irae and Mozart's Lacrimosa are the best of the best, though.

The rapture just means the Christians leave, not that we all die. What you're thinking of is Armageddon (the last battle before judgement) the apocalypse lasts several years before that and is very recognizable (water turning to blood, worldwide earthquake, mark of the beast, one world religion, jewish temple rebuilt, etc. That said this piece is epic.
