Hmm, not impressed. If I do those exercises I wont get any burn at all in my sideabs. If anyone got something better plz tell me.
@freshhug ...try jumping from a tall bridge.

jus keep on adding on you number of reps. if you have a bench press but only 70 lbs on it, its easy until you do 50 reps, thats when you start to burn. same idea here
