@TheLeetSoft Keep practicing your regular kicks. Round, invert, heel, step in, crescent, etc.

Build up flexibility, let your body get comfortable with the kicks and then try it.

Try, bending your knees, jump up, push your foot out like a forward kick.

If you're not confident with jump kicking, then practice the jump.

Just keep jumping and every so often, put your foot out.

Make sure you chamber one leg and put the other leg out.

cool little tid bit, apparently back in the day the thailanders as i like to call em use to settle everything with mauy boran, and apparently it was always a no holds no bar type deal so if one of you died oh well, well sometime back way when with their emperor or whatever he was supposed to be said enough mauy boran because way too many thai people were dying from their daily disputes and such and had muay thai created in its place to appease his followers and not have everyone killing.

You have been practicing muay thai and you don't know that muay thai people sometimes never even learn spinning kicks? Muay Thai people rarely use spinning kicks or any stunt kicks for that matter. Most common kicks are just shin kicks and roundhouse and push kicks. Shouldn't you know that?

Yep, GREAT control I might add, there are a lot of techniques similar to wing chun (boxing/hand wise of course lol) and the kicks are very TKD and Muay Thai with some (personally) Waa Loo (Mandarin rough translation "Bridge Art" or "Art of Bridging Gaps") to get to the opponent quickly, offensively, and always with heavy bone contact on soft tissue or even bone to soft bone contact. I would love to meet up and swap techniques after years and tons of study of so many styles, this looks fun/new!Ck
