I would have an impulse to dance like I dance at home, but then then would suprress it. One day I just decided to go for it and what a difference in church. Others joined in! @1234rishka dance is an expression of joy, it is not spirit lead, but the spirit will certainly get involved when you give yourself over to uninhibited praise. Have you read what king David did after 15 years of Saul trying to kill him. He danced with joy so wildly that his clothes came off and his wife was embarrassed.
I know from personal experience, I was bored with the usual church dance and went wild and something joyful exploded in the whole church.

Amen, same here. Don't worry about what other's are doing. Go for God. I was tired too. Same old same old , no passion, no excited being expressed. I would have an impulse to dance like I dance at home, but then then would suprress it. One day I just decided to go for it and what a difference in church. Others joined in! And the power of God was now tangible. Glory to God in the highest.
