Well I had the blackberry bold 9900 and I sent it back so many times and they kept giving me new ones because it had to many faults, so then I got fed up and asked to swap the phone and they let me swap it for a iphone4s in white 16GB, the bold 9900 is a good phone but you will have so many problems, the iphone 4s is way better and this is my opinion. When I had the bold 9900 it was lagging slow, jvm error, it wouldnt even play my music on one of them SO IPHONE4S ALL THE WAYY <3!!! xXXXXXX

I have used galaxy s before and got 9900 as a gift a couple days ago and this phone is very disappointing. It's slow and freezes ALOT and has horrible batterylife. Can't fucking believe bb9900 cost almost the same as galaxy s2 and other high end smartphones.

Just wait until you use a BlackBerry for a while and it starts freezing and lagging. Had the iPhone 4S since the first day it came out and never did I have any problems with it. Runs very smooth compared to the POS BlackBerry.

The Bold 9900 continuous focus isn't really a "new feature" but actually a compromise for Blackberry's attempt at making the Bold thinner, they had to remove the auto-focus camera. Its for the same reason the battery life sucks; larger processor, smaller battery...FAIL on Blackberry's part.

The reason why the Bold has that EDOF camera (as opposed to AutoFocus), is that you can't fit an auto-focus system into a device that thin, some people like to dispute that point, but when you take one apart, you begin to understand how little space is in the 9900.
