I don't think these people were voice "actors".

They simply were Capcom employees that did some voice delivering for the game.

Nonetheless, this game was revolutionary; everyone may talk all the crap they want about it but they should never forget that if I they had been around when it was first released, they would have definitely played it and, above all, praised its awesomeness because it was awesome when it first came out.
