  • I wish I could listen to more of this man's songs.

I REALLY wish he did not leave us so soon.

  • Jim McCann's version is good aswell

  • Another melancholic guitar picker out of time and now gone :-( beautiful music

  • I always wanted you babe,

I just didn't find you until it was too late

  • Just found this. Makes me feel there is still so much great great 60s music still to discover.

  • wow - he's amazing!

  • I can't believe that I'm hearing this artist for the first time today! Otherwise, I'm speechless! ...... With my mouth dropped open! ...... ;>D

  • Thanks for the nice comment Clarkewi - but the credit properly belongs to a) Jackson, & b) NosferatuGuy - for bringing this great & underrated talent to a bigger audience.

    Cheers,

    Steve

  • you never wanted me baby

  • sad life, sad music, great artist, forgotten talent..... a shame that nothing deserves.

  • I am just discovering this guy. I came from listening to Bonnie Dobson. I like her version, but I am glad I also found this version. This guy is great!

  • Never heard of this guy before but a friend brought him to my attention. What an amazing musician...

  • Just discovered JCF...amazing...beautiful. I heard Sandy Denny's version first. I love them both. I think they're almost different songs sung by her and by JCF so there's no competition for me. They're beautiful.

  • @grassic Couldn't have said it better myself. I also heard Sandy's version first, but I love this version too. No competition with me, I love both versions because both artists are great and so is the song!

  • Another entry in the list of overlooked talent.

    Very sad.

Another entry in the list of 'Gone too soon'.

    Even sadder.

    RIP Jackson.

    Thank You.

  • @stevep0508 Major discovery here. Unbelievable lyrics. Thanks!

  • i just want people to wake up tomorrow and know about him:Dis what i ask too much:/?

  • Comes close to being the best songs I ever heard right after Leonard's first album.

  • @timeoleplusbeau Jackson c frank > Leonard cohen. Sorry just my opinion.

  • so good, the tragedy of JCF is that he didnt die young, just forgotten

  • What a talented songwriter.

  • This is Great!!!!

  • Franks is best

  • I disagree although thanks for the comment.

  • @NosferatuGuy Yea what the hell, JCF's version wins by far
