  • ok now when i saw it. Its seems kinda stupid but im still scared something like that would happend to me D: 1:39

  • Does anyone honestly care if google knows what pron you like... they dont get your information because they want to masturbate over it.. they find peoples interests so they can take advantage and make better products. I think the only people who care are people that are ashamed at what s on their internet history... They go on about all this google crap when your ISP which everyone who uses the internet at home has knows every webpage they have viewed?????

  • Its Google's loss, I have also turned my search to Yahoo as of today , if they want to act stupid this way they will continue to lose customers.

  • LOL. You sir are a mentaly retarded dumbass. Time to get out of your granny's basement, get a proper look and get a job! GOOGLE, MICROSOFT AND YOU BELOVED APPLE ARE LINKED! FACE IT AND GET A FUCKING LIFE!

The video is quite true, but that doesn't make you less of a fanboy retard.

  • Hey nice repost @applesoldier I love the way that you put stuff on your youtube page and pretend that you made it. Most people would create a blog and give due credit to the people that created something, but you, you pay credit to the fine print of the info section of your posts great job! Keep up the great work.... PLAGIARIZING!

  • HAHA :D "Google, they're right up your ass" XD

  • LOLOLOLOLLOLOOLOLOLOOLOLL............ changing to like.... bing or yahoo! now. >_>

  • youtube is google

  • 54 people watched this video are working in Google.

  • Yeah my Google Toilet says that i like to eat Apple´s! He said that i most eat a Mac... Or may get a Steve Blowjob? You are pay 1.300 euro for a motherfcking Mac Book... For what? What this you get? A closed China OS! You can only chose 1 product. You only have 1 iPhone 4... Do you want a QWERTY keybord? YOU CAN¨T! You can only do what Apple allow you to do... It´s not my mother? Google For The Win!!!!

  • Google just makes great products.

    Take it or leave it.

  • 2084, Google will be Big Brother.

  • if u are normal person u have nothing to hide, so why u should care about privacy?

  • @jetcarq

That's about one of the stupidest comments I heard, no offense, but seriously...

    Are you really serious?

They hold more info than all the US government agencies COMBINED

You think they can be trusted that.

Everyone in America thinks it's "evil" or wrong for the government to control and run things and have too much power.

Well, guess what America. You're letting the corporations have that power.

No better if you ask me

  • @KeibearsProperty how they can use that info against u?

  • @jetcarq

I don't know exactly. It's a "futility" thing, really. It's not that they will go out and just be assholes, but there is a high risk that bad crap can happen.

Hell, China has been hacking them for near a decade before they found out.

How are we to know how much they got and what they got. If they got any bank info or other personal info who knows what damage can be done.

  • @jetcarq

Sorry if I sounded like an ass, I actually wasn't trying too, but that wasn't the smartest thing to say.

True, you shouldn't be doing bad stuff, that's not the point. They shouldn't keep the info they do the lengths they do and think there is no danger. It's about morality and principles. Even if you shouldn't have anything to 'hide' they shouldn't just be allowed to own all this info about almost everyone. Just for friggin ads.

  • @KeibearsProperty

    Well, uhh...

Here's how they use this info about you.

Say you're going to find a way to cure cancer, cure aids and make 30 million dollars and give them to charity.

They know that you love skiing, so they will send you an invitation or some shit to a skiing place which will result in you not curing cancer and aids and not giving any money to charity.

This is just ONE way out of a MILLION ways that they can use our personal information against us.

    ...Damn Google.

  • @KeibearsProperty The most information Google can withhold is the information they can actually legally get - i.e. search terms you use, websites you click on in a search, and little things like that. This video, however funny it is, is incredibly exaggerated. They cannot legally read your emails, track your browsing history or listen to your calls, because if they did... they'd be sued for a whole lotta cash.

  • @trecool9992

Possibly. But ask yourself this.. if that's all the info they only really have, the info you say or believe they do.

Why then did China hack them at all, and for so long?

No reason too if they only have what you think.... right?

  • @KeibearsProperty Google is not just one man. There are literally thousands of people working on the hundreds of different projects Google releases every day - so far, no one has blown any particularly worrying whistle.

What has the China hacking got to do with it? They went for Adobe as well. What kind of information do you think Adobe holds?

    Think logically please.

They were looking for project source code.

  • @trecool9992

Don't be a prick or asshole.

I'm just saying, why bother hacking for fucking source code. Can't they find most of it, isn't that the nature of open source to make it KNOWN and OPEN. Or were they hacking for proprietary stuff.

And seems stupid to hack for years for stupid proprietary code for what a damn browser or search algorithm, who gives a damn about that.

No need to talk condescending and act as though you know all. I can't stand that cocky attitude.

  • @KeibearsProperty You seem to have overreacted somewhat to my comment.

They spent their time gaining access to email accounts and proprietary source code.

What do you think they got into them for? Post codes to people they didn't know? So then why did they get Adobe too?

  • @KeibearsProperty By the way, the email attacks were on human rights campaigners - and these guys were Chinese remember.

  • Comment removed

  • Love the google haters on Google Youtube complaining about Google - on their favorite site - YOUTUBE. DUMBASSES. Quit using Google, see how long you last. There is a reason everyone uses google and not Ask Jeeves.

  • This video is so full of shit. Every point it makes is way blown out of proportion. Fuck me are people from the USA stupid as fuck. (Yes, I live in this crap hole too)

  • It is shocking that Google allow this on Youtube seeing as they own Youtube. I wonder how long this video is allowed to slip the net?

  • @GamingJediPwns

They laugh their asses off at this shit, dude.

You think they're really scared of a damn internet cartoon.

If an anonymous trillionaire were trying to badmouth them and destroy them with his money, that'd be another story.

  • @GamingJediPwns Google don't ban it from YouTube because Google aren't the neo-nazi communistic company this video portrays them to be.

  • i almost fall of my chair.... omg....

  • What a load of bull shit.

  • I love how people bitch about google but they dont have any information that your ISP doesnt have. Your ISP keeps tract of every single thing you do, its actually a law that they have to in the united states and i dont hear anyone bitching about that. Google is a good company and supports open source and freedom online, so i have no problem letting them know what i like to do online, it allows them to understand me and give me better suggestions. Its why they are #1.

  • you use a mac, your opinion is invalid. Also TF2 for PC FTW!!!

    p.s THE GAME

  • Google has ALOT of privacy issues.... gmail even exposed peoples messages at one point and really made a rough time on people.... plus if you sign into youtube, your email is some how signed in automatically on the Google sight so weird

  • ROTFLMFAO!!

  • All the way up.

  • dont like google then dont use any of there stuff. oh wait you already have by coming on youtube and watching this video.

  • Heute, am Samstag, den 6.2.2010 findet in München eine G R O S S D E M O gegen die N A T O - Sicherheitskonferenz statt. Am Marienplatz und 13 Uhr !!!

  • Funny, sad, funny, sad. I m so confused.

  • this is really an exercise for your cheek muscles in disguise.

  • Google knows you...

  • I want a GOogle potty.

  • xaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxa

  • Don't like Google?

    Don't fucking use it.

And drop the conspiracy garbage. Christ.

  • @Gnosh1 i think its taking the piss out of the "conspiracy". im pretty sure the ad thing is automated, im one to believe in so called "conspiracies" and i dont see google as a major problem because they have privacy acts etc in place. facebook is more of an issue for me. but as you say, don't like it? don't use it.

  • What if someone hacks Google? Or an employee with high level access gets pissed off one day and decides to open the flood gates on everyone because they had a bad day? It's very unlikely, but the posibility is there. Google are trying to do too much at once. They need to take a step back, see what they're good at and build on those things rather than trying to stuff ads in our face in every conceivable place/product category they can like they're doing now.

  • anyone ever have sex with food? i do on thanksgiving. mmm turkey basters and turkey juice

  • he didnt even wipe

  • @arsenalgoon4eva

Why wipe? The extra warmth and lubrication is worth it.

    *_0

  • I'd believe it, but they always get their info wrong anyway, so its almost as if they weren't there at all. . When was the last time you ever saw a well-targeted ad pushed your way? Rarely, if ever. Their intelligence sucks. A bunch of database nerds with no analytic skills.

  • soo trueeeee!!!

  • The best thing about the Google Toilet is the Google Toilet Tongue saves me tons of money on toilet paper and leaves me feeling fresh.

  • LoL at the fools supporting this. Having to watch the last few generations growing up socially castrated in this nanny state makes me sad. They spit on those that fought and died to secure our liberty and rights.

  • If all the middle-aged males who cruise Taylor Swift photo galleries were arrested, there would be no one left to run the country... except Barney Frank.

  • That's funny, cause it's like saying "Oh, let's keep the perverts under wraps."

Sure, privacy issues, but if you're not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about a?

  • So, if your doing everything rite. Some person on 4chan can get your address and kill you if they don't like something about you.

  • @WaterSpec, Do you send letters on postcards or in envelopes? If you use envelopes, what doyou have to hide? If you're not doing anything wrong, you should have no reason to hide your letters in envelopes. :)

  • dope

  • love it

  • It's about time someone tweaked Google's nose. Good video.

  • Google protects Islam and none of the other religions. Type in Christianity is, Judaism is, and any other religion and you will get suggestions but not when you type "Islam is".

  • Wtf? He's right. What kinda shit is that?

  • @Blastacular Amazing Atheist

  • funny hahahahahahahahahhhhhhhhhhhhhahahahahahahahahahah

  • great video!!!!!!!!

  • watch?v=NAx-6nHEWbE

  • link no worky

  • watch?v=NAx-6nHEWbE

I don't see the difference, but this works i tried it several times, meanwhile the link i've given doesn't work, and it's the same... hmm strange...

well if this doesn't work either after posted, then search for GOOGLE MASTER PLAN

  • Yup, it works now. I checked it out. Good link w/ good info.

    Tnx

  • thanks, yeah it's a nice video, I'm glad you liked it :)

  • Apple. We're way in your pocket.

  • Irony from a guy who calls himself AppleSoldier.

  • @trillex You called it, T. Calling some monolithic computer company self-centered, ("google cares about NO ONE but itself"), while acting as a corporate shill for another billion dollar company is the absofreakin'lute apex of hypocrisy. Eff this McWarrior in his/her sphincter.

  • That said, never look up online what you wouldn't leave on your desk.

  • google cares about NO ONE but itself.

  • just like apple and any other major company. its all about the money

  • It's not making money, it's how they make it. Apple make it by selling products and services, Google make it by selling information and ad space. I read a report not too long ago that claims Google has more information on more people than the combined intelligence services of every country on the planet. That's a LOT of personal data. I'd rather Apple have my money than Google have my life story.

  • @AppleSoldier

This is hilarious coming from someone named "AppleSoldier"

  • @AppleSoldier The same goes with all companies, your beloved Apple especially included.

  • Problem is that Google doesnt seem to be shepherding the Android OS to accelerate its success. You dont let 4 or 5 variations of the OS from 1.5 to 2.1, hit the market simultaneously. You dont withhold access to your latest OS builds to your developers. And you dont introduce the best Android superphone right in front of an OEM who just introduced their first Android phone last month

  • @AppleSoldier The only android os that doesn't come with a ton of manufacturer and provider crap are HTC androids from T-mobile. For now. *sigh*

  • Thats why you need to turn "private browsing" on in safari.....

  • Well don't want your personal shit to be known? stop using their bandwidth.

    Funny video :P

  • WTF is wrong with Google?

  • lol. what happened to the bill of rights?

  • SAY nooooo to google and other ADS!!!

  • He stole this from Current

  • LOL!! 5/5

  • i dont get the taylor swift part

  • Okay.

  • what, are you ten?

  • um no. but seriously, is he gay or somethin?

  • In all seriousness, does Google really know the things you type into your computer? because on myspace in particular, i've seen many ads that look like they're targeted directly at me. it's eerie.

  • @rkfan2323

i think to a certain extent, google does know what you search for. if you use gmail, google reads the email and gives you ads based on what you write in your emails. i noticed on facebook that i have some ads that seem directed at me.

  • Yep, like Penis enlargement pills, condoms, dating services.. Like Im that pathetic. But no more google ads, thanks for AD Block+ for Firefox, love it!

  • @rkfan2323

Actually yes, it is true. Apparently, it is said that Google has a tracking cookie implemented into your computer when go to their search page and this cookie cannot be erased.

  • well, that's bullcrap. if you think about it, this isn't the only law being broken. because people "leave things to interpretation", stuff like this happens.

  • This guy sounds like Charlie from It's always sunny

  • google even knows what you watch on youtube.... (: this was a cute movie. lol

  • Wowza.

Funny and scary shit right there...

    And no pun intended.

  • That Is So funny... And So true.

  • Lol i love that when the soldiers leave they all go back into the pantry, and also with on facebook at 1:09 it says Darren likes this xD

  • omg <3

  • stumbled

  • this wouldnt be so bad.

  • @frvfilms2 agree

  • I use google products every day, such as their search engine, android phone, youtube, etc. etc. My phone, the t-mobile g1, has GPS functionality, location based programs and advertising, and voice recognition. It is also linked to my Gmail account...Google is omnipresent at this point in time. You have to admit...you HAVE to admit that the idea of a corporation being so powerful, and still growing as fast as Google is, is kinda, sort of scary.

  • @ infin1ty: you're taking the video in the wrong light. To be quite frank, you sound pretty conditioned and closed minded.

  • I can't imagine living without google anymore. I still believe cloud computing is the technology that will lead us into the future. But then again, something crazy like Robot take overs could happen.

  • stumbled CT

  • google... and apple too. check your logs...

  • It's not only google and it's just a way humans make money from, everyone knows humans are greedy it's like general knowledge. The was google is selling people's private info is also because of capitalism due to the fact their logo means have more money, google is kinda just doing what tooth paste manufacturers do make the hole where the tooth paste comes out in the container bigger so people waste more tooth paste.

  • you guys are so afride of google, just don't leave traces what you don't want others to know

  • and you don't even know how to spell afraid

  • srry typing w/ one hand

  • Dude. Eww.

  • Apple recently bought the mobile ad firm Quattro. You can't really make like Google is Big Brother when Apple practices many of the same things.

And the buy by Apple was mostly because they're having a fit because Google is getting into manufacturing mobile devices and mobile operating systems. They're afraid of Windows happening all over again. Apple is trying to say, "You mess with our business, we'll mess with yours."

  • lolololol

  • да поговорите о сохранении приватной информации те кто пользуеться социальным сетями. да же то же самозаполеняемое досье на самого себя.

  • Are you kidding me? And let me tell you one more thing. They take your private information store it in diamond crystals and when aliens come they sell it!! :D

  • Couldn't expect much more than this trash from AppleFaggot. Hey douchenugget, at least ijustine's hot.

  • No, this isn't true.

  • just dont use google then apple soldier

  • This is just wrong google is a good guy

  • its all true

  • HAHAHA THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!

  • Well I guess for people with something to hide, this is a big deal. I couldnt care less.

  • So you're happy with them knowing what kind of porn you search for? Maybe what your favourite brand of toilet paper is from online grocery shopping? How about the kind of social gatherings you attend with your friends and what sort of alcohol you drink from data mined from Facebook? It's not that you want to hide this stuff, it's that it's NOBODY ELSES BUSINESS BUT YOURS. It's YOUR private life, not public life. Something to hide doesn't have to mean illegal or "wrong".

  • @TalesOfWar

I honestly dont care. They can look at all the porn I've searched for and the kind of toilet paper I use. Its not a big deal in any way for me. Some people are sensitve about this stuff. Things that are private to me, I dont share with anything online. Things that are private are my thoughts which are inside and google cannot have those anyway unless I choose for them to have it....like me sharing my thought right now in this message.

  • well said

  • @svtcontour maybe they have superpsicologists that can read your mind seeking for thoughts that you never shared and let them be abble to show you the specific kinds of advertisement. For example: a super colection of dildos!

  • Google's not the only company doing this. Sure they're big, but before Google did this stuff, Yahoo was the bad boy of data mining, then before that AOL, etc. Privacy was killed long before Google came along. Technology just makes it easier to oppress people and has made the US Constitution nothing more than a museum display.

  • If apple was in googles position with all this power you wouldn't care, eric.

  • yes i would

  • A company in the 90's pulled a similar move and changed the wireless industry overnight but didnt have the infrastructure to back up its popularity because it was based on old 800mHz trucking technology which limits bandwidth capabilities. Remember Nextel? Well Google CAN back it up..."

  • in the wireless industry I herd tale of google buying up enough FCC Frequencies to put WiMax style broadband across the entire US. Imagine google wireless internet for 20.00 a month (with advertisements of course)for any device with the proper receiver, including a VOIP wireless handset like the Nexus one running Gvoice. Google is not thinking small, i promise you.

  • I like google, but we must not forget google is a narcissistic company. The use other companies like vacuum cleaner attachments, they only partner with them to get somewhere they cannot on their own. If they think the attachment should be long term, they buy out the company.(I.E. grandcentral) Open web means google owns, so any party willing to further googles abilities is backed by google until google is self sufficient in that area (I.E. firefox).

  • I think Onion News has a very good video about privacy freaks who never stops crying about Google....

  • gotta love google

  • cool stuff and funny also.

  • haha

  • I've been using Google services for a while, and I have yet to see an ad targeted to me. The beauty of the internet is: you're anonymous.

  • you really believe that huh? IGoogle "how to build a bomb to kill people" lol, then order some high school chemistry sets and a few blaster caps. When the FEDS knock down your door, Then tell me your anonymous.

  • anonymous?

What have you been smoking, they can track your IP and find you like that.

  • And how would they do that? If they break legal boundaries and actually get into my computer using my IP, they'll get a bunch of files if they're lucky one with my name on it. Anyone can get your IP if you visit their website. If they ask your ISP to give you up, that's the ISP's fault.

  • Who said anything about them getting into your computer and messing with your files?

Most websites track IP's to block spam from a particular IP address, before I accept a new member on my forum I run their IP through Stop Forum Spam, and if it returns with a HUGE list, I reject them, and block the IP address, and an IP address can track you down, because each computer's is unique, unless you have like a shared internet connection.

  • What do you think if somebody has your IP address they know your name, physical location and your whole life story? A computer pulls the working IP address from your ISP's router, which can only be traced as far as the provider. I think it also gives you a national region linked to your IP, that's about it. If anyone wants to find out more, they'll have to ask your ISP, who should (not sure if they all are) be contracted to withhold information unless it's for legal reasons.

  • @PoliticalHell I didn't say they had your whole life story, I said, they can find your location, and from there, they find who you are, if they can, but like I said a hacker can do it, illegally.

  • Well like I said, if Google doesn't cross legal boundaries, the only thing they can do is track your emails for keywords (which most services do) and things like that.

  • you really believe google isnt using your info. You really believe google isnt cooperating with world governments. Google agreed with china to CENSOR certain searches in there country. Google shouldnt be massing info on anyone. If they aint using it than why collect it?

  • google sales your info to advertisers dude. You have to know this. they make money off your private info. Credit cards do the same thing. They sale lists of clients to telemarketers. Its not just google. Credit card companies know a lot about you by the types of things you buy. This is where google checkout comes in. Ya see? Its a big cycle

  • @politiclhell: IP info is genericly stored to your geographica location they can generally tell to what city you are in, not only that but your ISP does cooperate with the police without a warrent some times. Comcast, Time Warner, and a few others actually hand your info over to the RIAA, MPAA, and a few other acronyms if they just look at them funny. Your IP can be traced to your registered adress pretty simply, you just have to know how to sploit their ISPs wetware.

  • That again can't be blamed on Google, it's the ISP's fault. Cooperating with police is one thing, but an organization is another. If any company asks Time Warner or Comcast etc. for your personal info, and they give it to them, you can't blame anyone but the ISP.

  • @PoliticalHell Reading my post again I didn't say Google was to blame on that, just telling you how much info is attached to your IP @svtcontour, its illegal? actually depending on your country, and ill speak about the US of A, no, no it isnt, intact it is only against privacy policies which is sometimes isnt even an issue. in the case of Comcast. What a company does with the data they gather about you is their business, if it was illegal to sell that just about every company would be shut down.

  • WHAT? If google didnt have all this info on me they wouldnt have it to give if asked for it now would they? Your blaming the ISP? Im talking about all the info goole is getting on you. The federal government will not go to your home town and ask your ISP for info first, they will get it form google first and investigate further if needed. Google has everything your ISP has. They dont need your ISP, they got google. google doesnt need to compromise my privacy in order to run "better ads"

  • Says the guy using Youtube which is OWNED by Google. I dare you to stop using Google and any of its products. If you're gonna make a stand, don't half-ass it. Of course Google has all our info. I trust Google. YOU should understand faith. After all you are an AppleSheep.

  • Well they can track you back the ISP but not directly to you. Whatever the ISP gateway will be is all they will get.

  • True, in some cases, but they can find the owner or occupant of the residence, etc.

When a computer is configured to use the same IP address each time it powers up, this is known as a Static IP address, which people can trace the location of this IP, they might not know who is the owner, but they can find it out.

In contrast, in situations when the computer's IP address is assigned automatically, it is known as a Dynamic IP address, which means the IP is random each time.

    I have a static IP,

  • Well even in the case of a static IP, you'd still be going through an ISP which means they can track to directly to the ISP, but the information is confidential so unless there is a legal reason where the ISP is to be contact (ie a criminal case or something), that information will not be given out by the ISP.

  • True, but given Google, they will probably be able to get that information.

  • No they cannot. It would be illegal for the ISP to give out that information and there could be serious trouble. Now if someone went to google with some kind of legal documentation, then google could contact the local authorities in whatever country the ISP was in and they could work together to resolve the criminal issue but there has to be something to warrant the information being released.

  • Companies do illegal crap all the time, especially the government, which Google is owned by the NSA aka National Security Agency, that's reason enough.

  • Can you send me a link from a major publication that can back up the "google is owned by the NSA" statement? I cant seem to find anything but fake articles.

  • I tend to believe CNET, Google denies it of course, but just read it.

    news. cnet. com/8301-13739_3-9894940-46 .html

  • Thanks for the link.

The only problem is that article does not claim anything about NSA owning google or even if any information was actually given out. Basically there is nothing concrete in that article, just speculation.

  • @svtcontour True, but knowing corporations and our governments, I can kind of decide for myself, lol.

  • Well I guess... I always like to give the benefit of the doubt :)

  • that's just dumb and you're dumb

  • What's just dumb?

  • saying the NSA owns google

  • @thebsdguy What I heard, but you know, I am human, and I do make mistakes, as do others, but it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it was.

  • @CJCA915 do you also believe that the israelis did 9/11?

  • @thebsdguy No.

  • bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha (breath)

    bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha (breath)

bahahahahahahahaha..... haaaa that was fucking funny!!!
