Came here because Shamie Royston was one of the jazz band instructors for the Western Tennessee State Band and Orchestra All West program. She's definitely a beast on the piano and although I was in the Blue Jazz Band, she did an amazing job with the Red Jazz Band :)

Kim Thompson is awesome...A lot of fire! I would love to know who the piano player playing with Tia Fuller, she was tremendous and I would love to hear her play more. If anyone knows the full name of this awesome piano player please share it and if she has any recordings (she reminds of Herbie)
yea that used to be my Alto Sax teacher when i used to be in the Jazz Institute of New Jersey! i'm glad to see that she is doing better than ever. really enjoy hearing her play (tears of joy)

Awesome band. Kim and "Tain" Watts must be comtemporaries.. they play the same kind of awesome solos that is always continuous with the music.
