He obviously turned off his camera and lifted it back to it's feet. Watch the other video, it learned how to get up on it's own so it's still fine. If the dog was hurting, then yes go ahead and criticize but it's just fine.

For everyone who is saying this is mean, please don't. Bulldogs have naturally shot, stubby legs making it very difficult for them to get up if they are rolled over like this. The sooner they learn how, the better for their future. It's just like teaching a dog to sit or lay down, it's something to be taught. If a full grown bulldog happens to be flipped over, chances are, it's not getting back up if it wasn't taught how. At least not without some help.
